I was having a rough morning with my 2 of my 3 kids being pretty sick, their primary care office basically brushed us off. We arrived to this location and signed in and was promptly taken back to get registered. The registration person was probably one of the kindest medical office workers i’ve ever come in contact with. She was extremely patient with me and my kids as she got them ready to be seen. It really makes things so much better and smoother when people are kind. From there, our visit stayed smooth! The medical assistant was great with the kids and made them feel really comfortable. The doctor came in after a pretty short wait and was so caring and kind and genuine. I will definitely make the drive back to this location again in the future! There is a pharmacy in the building but the staff makes sure it offers the best pricing or they will send it where you want… Everything that is done is to support the patient! Patient First!!!

My PA, Robert, was attentive, thorough and explained everything well. I will recommend this office to my friends and family. I was in and out after being registered, chest X-rays done, examined by the provider, rxs in hand and out the door within an hour and 15 min. And it was busy when I was there!I live super close to a Wellspan Urgent Care but will drive further to go to Patient Care because of the great care and efficiency there.

Other non-orthopedic urgent cares I’ve visited and literally walked out of were dirty, overcrowded and wait times were totally unacceptable. The check in process was efficient and personable! Of course waiting for approximately 2 hours was inconvenient but that was predicted up front. The medical team was polite and focused. They were efficient and professional as well!
It took me 2 1/2 hours to get a DOT physical. I was at the front counter 3 or 4 different times and the same lady thought I was new each time I went up. They were nice and professional, and I have been at this location previously, just very, very slow on this occasion. The last time I went to the counter, the lady went to the back and came back up to me and said “you’re next” 5 minutes later I was called back. It was like my chart was just sitting somewhere forgotten. Of course I can’t claim this to be true, but 2 1/2 hours for a simple DOT physical is rather extreme. I’ve had many physicals in my career, and it never took more than 1 hour.
Wished I could give 0 stars. Came in. Was told there was a 1-2 hour wait from start to finish. Cool. Thats fine. I was there for a much needed physical. Was told they’d call when the doctor was ready for me. 2 n half hours I waited. Get the call, I go in…made me wait another 45 mins to go back after they said they were ready for me. Get back to the room, ANOTHER hour n half I waited until the doctor came in. Which only took 3 seconds. So waited almost 5 hours for 3 seconds…awful.
Great staff. Just checking out took 30 mins to a hour, and all they had to do is give me a paper. Also two guys were behind me and they got checked out before me. They need more staff up front. Especially to check people in. Also they have such a small parking area I busted my knee and couldn’t walk. I had to park all the way down where the mattresses place is and hobble over to there place!
For one everyone there was very nice and professional. I may stay was less then an hour and got everything I needed done in a timely manner. I wanna thank you for your amazing treatment and hospitality
