I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly efficient and loved working there. That’s a positive. The young nursing assistant brought me a warm blanket didn’t have to ask. Everyone had easy to read identity badges with their positions. The whole ER area was very clean and tidy. They made me feel at home and provided excellent care. Sabrina the lactation consultant is so sweet and has a huge heart. Experienced really great service, especially with nurse Joanna. She went above & beyond explaining to me different ways I can feel better. Took her time of letting me know different foods & diets I can do. She really cares for her patients. That I know from personal experience! No other nurse has ever been as caring as her! I visited their outpatient side and it was such a smooth easy appointment for a sonogram I needed!!! I didn’t get to get the name of the lady who checked me in but it was very seamless and she was very friendly! The waiting room is very clean and the wait time was not very long either. The sonogram tech was amazing! He was very nice and explained all that he could to me thoroughly. This was the best experience I’ve had my whole pregnancy for a sonogram!!!
Such a great staff at night! I was there a few nights ago at the ER. Upon entering Carlos saw I was in pain and made me feel at ease. The nurse that took my vitals was great (Gaby). From there I had nurse Rick and Dr Esquivel, whom both were outstanding!!!!! Went for a CT and Eddie was super nice!!! The person who registered me and took down my info (Victor) was also kind and helpful. Everyone answered all my questions and helped me get home safely.
I could clearly see this graveyard shift was more like family than just coworkers. Great job you guys and thanks.
Unfortunately my husband was having chest pain today Christmas Eve so I brought him in to be seen. The service we received by everyone was incredible. Especially from the PA Michael The RN Miranda and the DrTorres. They treated my husband very well where very informative and answered all our questions. They also treat their patients with compassion which is rarely seen now a days. We are very appreciative of the staff tonight. Merry Christmas and thank God it was nothing serious with my husband. Thank you!
