  I really dont-like leaving bad reviews but I went to Fast Pace for drug testing sat for about thirty minutes and had clients that checked in after me being seen before me , was not reassured that I would be seen shortly or anything . I have to say this visit has been the worst I’ve experienced at an urgent care.

  I was injured on July 4th, I hurt my shoulder, elbow, and wrist. I did have a fracture in my elbow and they treated that and they x-ray my wrist and shoulder but I received no treatment. I’m still in pain and I keep going to the clinic and they only give me pills. I’m unable to raise my arm, sleep on that side and it pops if I move it, there’s pain. But no medical help.

  This is the best hospital I have ever been to everything was good until the older white security guard(who his his name tag and gave me a false name) abused his power and used the security cameras to look inside my car while I was just sitting in it!!! I did not know that N.M.M.C. hired that kind of person! I have been here 3 or 4 days and haven’t been bothered by anyone but him. He gives me the creeps !!!

  There is no excuse for leaving a very sick elderly woman in the same clothes/hospital gown from Wednesday morning through Friday night. I just left the hospital and reported to the nurses station that she had requested new clothing three separate times that day to no avail. That is a basic human need. This is just ONE of the many issues we have had from lack of care and medical treatment. We had other appointments that prevented us from being there Friday until we came by around 8:30 pm.
  So, I don’t know if they got her cleaned up and clean bed clothing on or not AFTER we left or not. I’m going to the hospital in the morning (Saturday) and if she had as bad a night as she has had the past two nights from the pneumonia in her left lung we are checking her out and going to Tupelo. Inexcusable!!! Or if she is still in the same clothes from Wednesday. Wish I had just carried her straight to Tupelo in the first place. It’s not a hospital I want to go to unless I won’t make it to anywhere else!! Horrible experience!!!
