I just had a full knee replacement with Doctor Kim, he was awesome from beginning to end.
I just spent 1 night in the hospital and the nurses there were incredible, but the one that really took care of me on the graveyard shift was Michelle. She was so nice, very informative and just a sweet person. I usually don’t leave reviews, but the care there was over the top! A special thank you to Dr. Kim and Michelle, but the entire staff there were awesome!
Thank you so much for the great care!
Ed CatutoBy Ed Catuto (a month ago)I have been to the ER a few times in the last year, a couple of times for me and a couple of times for my kids. The ER itself could use improvement but the impact the hospital gets from other cities is crazy! Everyone comes to this hospital and it is no wonder there are no beds and the ER is so busy! They absolutely do their best though every time I have been there they do the most they can to accommodate all of our needs. I had a wonderful experience as a new mom when delivering my twins recently here and I also had my son hospitalized on the pedes floor for a few days, both experiences were good. The doctors, nurses and nurse assistants were all amazing. Everyone was so kind and attentive, I am glad to have a great hospital near us!By Maria Deloera (5 months ago)Grateful and thankful to the entire ER staff on Thursday night 10-27-2022. Medical director Dr. TU and Rachel in the ER and Jose in X-ray worked liked a well oiled machine and seamlessly provided the best care possible for my shoulder dislocation. I was in unimaginable pain and they worked tirelessly to assist me through my pain and anguish. They are true angels. Professionalism and kindness at the forefront of the care I recieved.10 out of 10 best care in the valley!! Keep up the outstanding work! Forever grateful! Thank you all!!By Ian Fischer (4 months ago)The nurses and Doctors are very compassionate, extremely knowledgeable in the medical profession, they saved my daughters life. But the hospital lacks cleanliness. Her room was disgusting 🤮. The shower was extremely dirty with black mole in the corners. The toilet seat was loose kept pinching her when using. The floor was black with accumulated dirt. The bed tray was sticky and dirty at the bottom. The railing on her bed was sticky and dirty. The window was 🤮. Bring cleaning supplies if you end up in the hospital.By Christen Vanhoek (2 weeks ago)I try not to leave bad reviews at places, but I’m sick of this. They treated my husband horribly the last time he was in the ER. My grandmother died due to a terrible decision a doctor made that was questioned multiple times. I’m still trying to figure out how to deal with that situation. I called today because I have a pretty bad case of Covid and my doctor said to see if the hospital received anymore monoclonal antibodies. The woman who answered the phone was so incredibly rude and short with me. Horrible place.By Brittany Silva (5 months ago)

That’s it for our list of the best urgent care clinics in Visalia CA! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
Have always had good experiences with my appointments. Dr. Christiansen is familiar with my medical issues, is very knowledgeable, listens to all concerns. I have been referred to specialists when necessary. The office staff and the nurses are great. (Also, the phlebotomists in the lab are excellent— I’m hard to do and have had some bad experiences elsewhere. Have never had a problem here.)
Everyone here in this clinic is so nice, I was very lost since this is our first visit of this clinic and this nice lady from appointment window walked me to where I suppose to go(which I could’ve spend longer time to find the lab) but since this is our first visit in this clinic, we’ll see more in the future.
There’s one thing I wish Kaweah can improve is to leave a message while also calling the patient for what ever the information you try to provide. I missed my first call because I left my phone in the living room and went to my backyard for couple of minutes and the second time which I was having a important call with my school and out of all the time of the day they could pick to call me, they picked right at the time when I’m on another call… obviously I can’t hang up my call from school, it’s important.. I would try to call back but this isn’t personal contact so there’s no way for patient to reach out for whoever called me but to wait for them to call us again. It would be lot more useful to leave a message because not all of us have the time to answer phone calls at anytime you guys wishes to call.
I’m so angry, I took my baby at 6:55pm with a high fever of 102 and the receptionist at the front office of quickcare told me that “that’s an appointment only” situation! Wait what??? I asked when did that started and why couldn’t she be seen be someone there to test her for Covid or the flu like in the past. Mind you that my baby not even a year old has already been seen by Nurse before at Quickcare. As a concerned mother for her baby, I told her with an attitude that I have never heard of such rule and refusal of care for sick child, I then told her that I would take her elsewhere “to other urgent care.” I then left the Quickcare angry and upset. But I needed answers, I went back to ask who would set up that “appointment.” The receptionist responded that she can do it. I got more upset and asked her why she didn’t give me that option in the beginning, she said I was arguing with her that’s why she didn’t offered or set up an appointment for my almost sick daughter. This is unbelievable and unacceptable, clearly she didn’t want my daughter to be care for because it was 6:55pm and they were ready to leave for the day. Clearly this receptionist doesn’t belong there with her attitude she didn’t hesitate to give me back, but I had the right to give her attitude my daughter was ill and I just wanted someone to see her. The receptionist cared to home on time! I demand an explanation for her actions.
My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Galindo Sr. From the day my son and daughter were born he has been there for them. The kids are now 11 and 8 and to this day they enjoy seeing Dr. Galindo Sr. We highly recommend him as a pediatrician. He is top notch!
Been taking my family here for 17yrs. I have always carried a balance due to a high deductible with my insurance. Been paying $80 a month towards this every month and my balance continues to trend down. Today I received a letter from them stating “their #1 goal is our health, however, until the balance is paid in full any future visits will be cancelled”. In addition they are sending me to collections. But “their #1 goal is our health”!? How do you do people this way!?
