Waited 3 hours for a basic performance evaluation (took under 10 min) Was told by receptionist 3 times that I was “next in line” after approximately 2 hours, then watched an additional 7 other walk-ins go ahead of me. Upon discussion with other parties who have used their services, this is common even with no other parties awaiting services. They were polite and courteous, just all around awesome people and they were willing to take me even though they were about to close. I walked up to the front desk and was not greeted, I finally said “hi I’m here for..” I filled out my paperwork and turned it back in. After waiting In the lobby for a little over an hour and seeing multiple people who arrived after me be seen and leave, I went back to the desk and asked if anyone knew how much longer it would be. I was informed that basically I wasn’t “checked-in” yet because the front desk person couldn’t print out my lab reqs or info needed. No one informed me of any of this. I’m glad I asked because who knows how long I would of sat there. I finally got checked in and had to fill out more paper work due to a system issue. Everyone I encountered in the back of the clinic was very friendly, courteous, and professional. I had my Vitals taken, eye screening completed, urine sample taken and then I was returned back to the lobby because there were were no rooms available. I waited another 30mins before a room became available. The MD was super quick and friendly. I think this place just is either understaffed or disorganized. Maybe both. I am a healthcare worker myself and know some things cannot be controlled but I really think the check in system should be improved. For a pre employment physical and drug screen I was there a little over three hours. I took my 2 year old for an ear infection, I called ahead and they allowed me to schedule an appointment, the lady on the phone was very sweet. We got there and was seen almost immediately, the nurse Krystal and nurse practitioner Brandi was so good with her and very patient! Now she is on the road to feeling better thanks to them! Our family referred us here while visiting with our 11 month old who developed a high fever. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the physician had great bedside manner and explained things well, and they take the opportunity to follow up. As a physician myself, I highly recommend them!
Dr. McDonald was so attentive, responsive, kind, welcoming and knowledgeable during my urgent care visit. He listened to all of my concerns about my finger puncture wound and my knee issue and made me feel at ease and satisfied with the treatment given. The nurse and front desk attendant was also very helpful and kind. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Complete Care and highly recommend them to everyone.
This is the best medical place I have ever been to. They were all so friendly and treated me with respect. They actually acted like they cared. They explained everything very well. I was very pleased with my experience here. The care here is the best I have ever received. I would definitely recommend this place!
Fantastic ER experience – fast check in and great customer service. Barbara at the front was very welcoming and kind, and Kavin our nurse was very fast & helpful. Mollie was so sweet & kind while taking care of our child while getting scans and Dr Robertson was very kind and thorough. Very compassionate care. Would definitely recommend Tyler Complete Care!
Excellent medical care at this facility. Dr. Brad Robertson is a very good physician. I was in Texas over the holidays and became ill with bronchitis. Dr. Robertson got me back on my feet in a couple of days. I am not a spring chicken and have some health issues.
Easy check in and check out. The other employees were all 5 star.
