Service is always great, however I feel that cleanliness should be a lot better. They informed me of every step and my wait was not too long thankfully. Paperwork is super easy with their online access. Makes things go faster. I also love the fact that you can watch your live waitlist, you always know your spot. Doctor Straw was awesome and his medical assistant as well. Great experience even though I’m sick. I was seen very quickly and communication was understandable with empathy. My entire visit was about 40 minutes. Highly recommended.
Update: I was called on a Friday. I did not answer and no voicemail with valuable information was left. I called back and was told I would be given a call back. It did not happen. Monday comes and I call them. Same thing. I call back a few hours later since I did not hear from them. Finally, I am told to discontinue the medication I was provided as I needed different medicine. This was disappointing as my pharmacy was not opened that day. This made me not have the correct medicine for five days. Very disappointing.

We came in last weekend because my 4yo daughter stuck a metallic star in her ear (enter face-palm…). The front desk staff was AMAZING; she warned me that there were 6 patients ahead and it might be awhile. It was only a 45 minute wait, tops!!! The Nurse Practitioner Will was so good with our daughter (and us). Thank you so much!!! If we have another emergency we will be back!
Thankfully I haven’t had to go to urgent care many times, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Everyone I spoke to (Donna, Spencer, Madeline) was kind and helpful, and the nurse practitioner Cheryl was wonderful to work with. It’s a walk-in clinic and I was lucky enough to be the only one there, but even considering that, it was a very short visit. Absolutely recommend.
Made an appointment, printed out and filled out prior to appointment. Easy check in and even though they were busy, the wait time wasn’t bad. The Nurse Practioner was great. She did a exam and discussed way ahead. She ordered script and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend making an appointment and seeing this urgent care if you have an issue they are versed on.
Excellent experience! Scheduled an appointment earlier in the day. Front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming. The MA took my vitals and tested for the flu and COVID. Provider came with results and conducted my assessment. Will was knowledgeable and kind and took the time to ensure we were aligned on my treatment plan.
This was my first time here and I’ve never such a great experience with staff members. The Medical Assistant was super friendly and made sure to let me know it’s a judgement free zone. The nurse practitioner student was extremely helpful and friendly, she explained everything thoroughly and took notes on what I was saying, she wanted details which made me feel like she cared. The nurse practitioner came in extremely friendly and nice as well. The staff are wonderful, the wait time was the only negative part I did wait for almost 2 hours.
