Wish I could give negative stars. Had an appointment, waited over an hour past the appointment time. Had to go back another day because they didn’t schedule a test the right way. Filled out the same paperwork 3 times then online twice. No organization. Staff was nice and polite.

Extremely long wait times, allow yourself 2 hours to get any service done.
The people I encountered were very pleasant! The girl who did my drug screen/bloodwork/vaccine was really nice and the doctor that did my exam was great too! that being said, the overall experience was not good. I work nights and I stopped in on my way home from work, I was there before opening and I was the first person in the door and signed in, but they do not check you in until all of your paperwork is complete, I was there for a drug screen, fit test, work physical and a vaccine, so the paperwork was extensive. By the time I was checked in, there were a lot of people in front of me. My visit took over 3 hours!
I had an 11am appointment so i signed in 10 minutes early and they never called my name for 45 minutes after my appointment time so I went up and they said I was supposed to do paperwork! But they never told me that! Nobody ever called me up. After multiple packages of paperwork, I was finally call back at 1PM!!! 2 hours after my appointment time! I was there for nearly 4.5 hours that day because I needed 4 tests. Even just a simple blood draw took 20 minutes!
It was horrible. I was accused 4 times of using toilet water for my drug test. I sat in the office for over an hour and a half drinking 6 cups of water, to be accused of not peeing in the cup. The nurse was incredibly disrespectful. She said she needed to send a refusal to the company because I walked out of the clinic, after being accused 4 times of lying. She wouldn’t even try and test my sample. She accused my sample of not being “warm enough” “yellow enough”, it was ridiculous. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I was unable to get my job due to this problem. It wasn’t even just the nurse testing me that was rude, the front desk people were rude and the other nurses in the back. Overall, absolutely ridiculous. Definitely a zero out of five stars but this made me put one star.😒
All the employees were/are very friendly. It may take some time while you are there. I took me about 2 1/2 hours for a work physical and drug test. That would be my only issue. The staff was great, and I would definitely recommend this establishment.
