I recently went to Concentra Urgent Care on Arch rd in Stockton to get a TB test and although the first initial visit there was quite a wait. Once inside staff was very friendly and the even have a small treat on the desk which was nice. The next visit went very smooth and hardly no wait at all. Waits are a minimum of 3 hours even when you get there as the doors open, which doesn’t make sense since they only do walk-ins. I got there at 8am, had my name put down for a 11:30am slot. When I return at 11:25am, I was told it would be another 3 hours. This seems to be a very consistent issue with everybody in office. It literally took me and multiple people I know an entire week just to get our physical and drug screen done.By Angels Will (2 months ago)I had a walk-in for a company physical. Concentra told me I couldn’t make an appointment, I had to walk-in. I arrived at 0800am, opening time. There was a line of about 10-12 people outside the door. After 90 minutes of standing in line I was able to check-in and was told wait time was 4-5 hours. My physical was completed and I left at 1:45pm. Almost 6 hours for a physical. It was ridiculous, the wait time. I don’t know if they are understaffed or what but something’s not right when a walk-in physical takes 6 hours. I was told I could leave the lobby for lunch and they would call my cell phone, but had to be back within 5 minutes of receiving the call????? Meaning, lunch was impossible!By Norm Lumpkin (4 months ago)I rate it as such only because i had to wait roughly 5 hours for a physical and drug screening for my job. The provider I got was prompt and straight to the point. Amanda was also very helpful in taking vitals and the drug screening. I waited 7 hours for a physical and drug test I was there at 8am and they consistently assured me that it wouldn’t be much longer. No one could give me a solid answer of how long it would take for me to be seen I just kept getting moved from room to room. Because of this I was unable to start a new job as I did not get any results within the allotted time. Even though I was there as soon as physicaly possible
Office staff is great and friendly, only issue I had was the wait. physical and drug test waiting over 4 hours, that wasn’t a good experience at all, they need more staff. But the employees are doing a great job they are all friendly. Management please hire more people .
Everything was great except having to wait 65 minutes between testing and seeing the doctor then having to wait another 20 minutes to see the physical therapist. With that being said everyone was very happy and polite (3 stars).
First time coming here and I was treated with so much kindness from all staff members that helped me. All instructions given to me by each member were very clear from start to finish. There was complete organization with protocols. Katherine (I believe this was her name) was the absolute best and the reason I am writing this review today! She came into the room with so much energy, life, positivity, you could tell right away her genuineness and her love for her career. She made me feel the absolute most comfortable and I would love to be seen by her again if needed. She is the kind of person that is meant to be working in healthcare.

They are very attentive. Even while the receptionist was on the phone, she still attend to me. She handed me a mask and gesture for my paper work. Then she grabbed a clipboard with the paper works that I’m suppose to fill out. Right after she hang up, she handed me the clipboard and ask for my ID after I was done, and return the completed form back to her, she told me to be seated until someone call me back. When i went back the girl was helpful and informative and patient. It was overall good and quick.
