Great clinic, they got me in and out in a timely manner. Dr. Seems knowledgeable. My nurse, Q, was AMAZING and made me comfortable. The receptionist, cierra was fantastic as well. Staff was efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The only thing that is a little hard about the location is the parking since it is on a main street, but I just had to walk a block and didn’t have a problem and they explain it well on their website. I was serviced extremely fast, staff was very knowledgeable and I can’t thank them enough. I won’t hesitate to come back if I ever needed to in the future. I went to this clinic 3 previous times in the past 3 years, and every one of those experiences was 5 stars all the way. This particular visit was only a one star for the following reasons: I made an appointment online beforehand to avoid the wait. When I got there, I was told the appointment does not reduce your wait time and I still had to wait an hour to get in. I had filled out all the paperwork electronically beforehand to save time. But apparently there was a software glitch, so I got to redo all the paperwork manually when I got there (yippee). Once I got in to see the nurse, I had to wait another hour before the PA came in to evaluate the injury. At which point I was told the x- ray tech was not in the office and I would have to drive to the seminole location to get the required x-ray. Drove to the seminole office and got the x- ray done. Waited another 30 minutes to get the results. The whole ordeal took 3 hours of my life that I will never get back. On a positive note, they have good movies playing in the waiting room, so I got to watch Star Wars episode 7 and Pirates of the Caribbean as I aged. Also, it was only a 50 dollar copay with insurance, which is still less than the ER. So, I will still give them a try next time. 3 great experiences and one terrible ain’t too bad. Feedback to the staff: better communication if the x- ray tech is not working, improve your software glitches, and don’t make reservation/appointments available on line if it’s not going to reduce your wait time.
The nurse practitioner was amazing. Completely professional, caring and compassionate. I had to have a pretty bad abscess lanced and it was extremely painful. She did an awesome job and add quickly as she possibly could. Explaining every step of the way and stopping so i could catch my breath. I never once felt that she was annoyed by my tears. The staff made me feel very cared about as well. What a great team they have there. Definitely going back if i need medical assistance. Thank you guys
I was pleasantly surprised on how quick & efficient my experience was with this clinic. The PA- Sally was very friendly & took the time to discuss my concerns. The staff were all very friendly & professional. The young lady at the desk was very nice. Thank you for a positive experience. I liked your positive erase board at the front to the right. I could see it. 🙂
They hung up on me after I tried talking to them about a 300 dollar blood work bill. I went in there because I was dizzy, that was pretty much it, now I’m stuck with an unnecessary bill that was not run by me before it was given and terrible service from their service department. Glad to also add, the owner tells me to call and speak with management and I’ve been on a ringing phone for 20 minutes. I’ve called about 5 times now and will continue to call. Glad to know an URGENT CARE is taking care of people correctly.
I’ve never had a bad experience here. Staff from front to back has always been so friendly and every provider I’ve seen has been really thorough with me and genuinely cared. The providers are really like a Jack of all trades too, they are so knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.
