I needed some lab tests done while I was away from home. I used Total Access Urgent Care and was very pleased at how friendly and professional the staff was. They handled my somewhat complex insurance situation with ease and took care of my labs quickly and efficiently. Joyce did the blood draw and was excellent. Overall an excellent experience. I dreaded going but to my utter delight the experience was simply great. The front desk staff could not have been more courteous and polite. They were just so kind! The medical assistant had the personality of an angel and was also so very kind. The NP was also very courteous, kind and responsive. I was amazed that I was able to be x-rayed on the premises as well as get a prescription filled. The x-ray tech was marvelous and very professional. Overall I could not have been treated better. I walked in anxious and walked out so very calm and with a feeling of being the only patient in the entire facility. I am not exaggerating when I say I was astounded by the level of kindness and care I received. Not at all what I expected. The staff provided nothing but the best care for me even though I was sick with the flu. They made sure I was comfortable while waiting for test results and were very personable while in the room. Once I arrived there was very short time before I was taken to a room I waited in the room for a brief period of time. A physician’s assistant entered the room examined me and gave me a diagnosis. She also made sure I was clear on the instructions and what to do going forward. I was given my prescriptions. The only downside is that the system was not allowing prescriptions to be electronically transferred. Really not a big deal in today’s world. But oh my this was an amazing experience for going to the doctor alone. I’m 19 and they were very nice and understanding, insurance went smoothly and they really cared about my symptoms. I got on their wait list in the morning, and when my number came up, I couldn’t leave work for another hour. They made it very easy for me, asking me to let them know when I was on my way and then seeing me very shortly after I arrived. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful with clear explanations of what was happening. A great nurse practitioner took care of my issue, and then I had two follow-ups with nurses to check my healing. I could not have asked for a better experience.
I was very impressed by the kindness of the staff. There was not much waiting the day I was there. They did testing for covid which was negative and gave appropriate medication. I felt better by the next day. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic!
A family member has been seeing a lot of doctors and medical professionals over the past year and it never ceases to amaze me how bad service has been. However, my visit to Total Access Urgent Care on Friday was absolutely different. Even though they were very busy, they got me to a room very quickly and kept checking on me until I could be seen. The PA spent a lot of time with me and asked many many questions. He treated me with respect and was very thorough. The x-tech was fast, efficient, and kind. The difference between them and what my family member has been experiencing is like night and day. I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility and thank them for the efficiency, professionalism, and kindness.
this is my first visit EVER to an urgent care. I arrived, as it was opening and was greeted promptly and put in the queue, and given instructions on when to return, and how to check my place in line. The queue moved pretty quickly, and I was processed immediately when I returned. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and kept me informed every step along the way. They were professional and caring and thorough. an excellent experience.
I brought my 7 yr old here a few weeks before Christmas 2022 to make sure his flu wasn’t turning into RSV. They were able to test him on site which was great! Very quick and easy.
I’m now here at the urgent care myself for a double ear infection- ouch! Just got my steroid shot to help with swelling and waiting to get my Rx to be filled. They don’t run it through insurance but I was told $30 or so for both. Saves me a trip to the pharmacy. NP came in within 10 minutes of me being in the room- I called and was put on the schedule around noon then just watched my place in line from home and came in. Super easy!
