Brought myself in in November on a Thursday afternoon, had no wait. Staff was friendly and polite. I had a reaction to a breathing treatment that made a standard appt extra long. They were attentive and were great with accommodating my 3 yr old while we waited for a ride.By Ashley Mitchell (2 months ago)I didn’t like their attitudes they were very rude and made me feel like everything was in my head! Literally! Just because I have mental illness doesn’t give a doctor a right to make you feel it’s all in your head! They told me I didn’t have anything wrong me I ended up going to ER and found out I have RSV and viral syndrome and my Copd flared up! And I’m still fighting these problems! Could still end up with pneumonia! I do not recommend this place! It’s too bad too! I know nobody is perfect but these doctors everywhere or anywhere shouldn’t go by peoples mental illness and make them feel that they are just having anxiety attacks/panic attacks and need to go see a therapist right away! Ignorant!!! Nancy HaganBy Nancy Hagan (3 months ago)I had COVID 6 weeks ago, took care of myself at home, then was seen here two weeks after COVID and was treated for bronchitis. Was given an inhaler and nothing more, the visit costs me $150.00. Fast forward to today, went back again with 100.6 fever, still have bronchitis and I wasn’t going to be given anything, I insisted on antibiotics. I know antibiotics should be used sparingly, but I’ve been sick on and off for 6 weeks. I’m not getting over it so I obviously need something more than an inhaler. I’m wheezing like a whistle and was told my lungs are clear. What!?! My oxygen level was 93%, closer to 100, is ideal. But my lungs are clear!?! I felt like they thought I was making stuff up. Dude! I had decided to reach out and pop into this facility for recertification of my DOT physical while literally on a load. Was able to not only get in to be seen quickly but have nearby parking at a fuel stop across the roadway and walk over. Was in and out in such a short time. Was a great decision and will keep this location in mind when am do again in 2 years! Thank you everyone there for making a stressful situation less with friendly personalities!
Office Staff are Very Rude !!!!
I got there 15 minute before my appointment to check in , work comp injury , so getting paid for the time I walk in the door , and they put my check in time down 3 mins before my appointment! I asked nicely and both front desk ladies are Rude !!! This office is a Joke !!!! Only reason I went is because of my employer, if you have a choice do your self a favor and choose a more professional office , very displeased with how they treat their clients !
They were very quick and the wait time was minimal to have a drug test ran for a new hire. Thank you for the speedy service.
Truck Drivers! Getting in and out quickly was key for my experience. I did a “walk-in” DOT Med Cert with them. Their wait time estimate was accurate. Every personnel encounter was efficient and friendly. The parking lot was big enough for my 40ft box truck (not large enough for tractor/trailer). Had medical certificate in hand before leaving and was happy to have that taken care of for another 2 years.
The staff were polite and professional, no complaints there. My only complaint is that I made an appointment so I wouldn’t be there all afternoon, yet a 30 minute appointment took 2 and half hours. Got through the initial part fine but waited on a Dr. For 2 hours for a physical that took 5 minutes.
