Very cordial and efficient person doing check in. Very short wait time before meeting with nurse to take my information and condition. Only a few minutes before Dr. Chandler came and began treatment. He was very considerate, careful and professional.

I was the first patient seen at 7:00am and it still took over an hour and a half for the appointment. In triage the nurse didn’t know how to work the blood pressure cuff or thermometer. I could hear the nurses laughing and making fun of people from inside the room. I saw a PA who probably spent 5 minutes in the room with me. I had asked for a specific antibiotic which I know works for me and she said they try not to prescribe that and I could take something over the counter. I had to call two times to get my lab results. Complete waste of a visit, not to mention they billed my insurance $1010…..freaking insane for an urgent care visit. I thought you existed to help people with urgent medical problems who had insurance. I had both but you provided nothing. If anyone out there needs urgent medical care try a witch dr. She was so friendly, attentive, and made a flue and strep test enjoyable(well as enjoyable as it can be) for my 9 year old. My daughter didn’t even cry and she always does afterwards! I brought my nine year old daughter in to see a doctor after haven’t already been to her pediatrician twice being prescribed two medication‘s. Her fever had not broken in four days. The doctors at quick care, ran some test, examined her to come to the conclusion that she had a rare strain of strep throat, coupled with an ear infection, they were very thorough, caring, gentle and efficient from the Doctor Who diagnosed her the triage nurse in the waiting room staff. Everyone was super and had an comforting demeanor about them. They made my daughter feel at ease about everything that they were doing. After a thorough examination, they prescribed us our medication and she was better by that night. I would definitely recommend the the team that took care of my baby to any of my friends or family!! The check in clerk was knowledgeable and entered my information without any interruptions. The triage nurse did not waste any time while discussing my issue and verifying my medical history. They took time to listen to our problems and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. The only thing that I did not like and that might in the future keep me from going back is there inability to do lab work at the facility. My mother did receive a urine test as well as an x-ray and breathing treatment here. I was the first person checked in. There was only one other patient that came in during the time period I was in the lobby. I filled out new paperwork and took a seat. The wait was a bit longer than I thought it should be, since I was the first one to register, but the receptionist and nurses and the PA that tended to me were all pleasant. Checked in on the Kiosk just like everyone else. I waited almost 40 minutes and was the only one in the waiting area and the front desk lady didn’t say one thing. She just played on her phone. I finally ask if she got us checked in after 3 other people she called up who came after me. she then told me to recheck in. I’m in full on hives and you can obviously see I need care. She was not attentive at all and didn’t not care that I had checked in. I left and went to another provider. I would give 0 🌟 if I could. The nurse was a great guy and showed compassion and empathy. However the doctor who recieved her degree from a box of lucky charms has the slightest clue what she’s doing and sent me a seizure patient on my way without so much as prescribing rescue medications to bridge the Gap between my visit and finding a Dr. She had the nurse give me print offs of doctors in the area and all of them are out of network or no longer practicing at listed places. Do better doctors.
This staff is absolutely amazing. I brought my two sons here who were both very sick and this view didn’t skip a beat! Best service o ever had. I didn’t get her name but the nurse that trialed my sons was the best I have ever encountered. The doctor working that day was great as well! This team is knowledgeable, responsive, and very caring. Some go into nursing for the money but this team are in it bc they love what they do. Thank u all so much!!!
I brought my son into WK Quick Care Kids for an injury to his arm. Our pediatrician, who is a WK physician does not have an X-ray machine in their office so we were told to go to quick care. When we arrived there were no open seats and waited for an hour. When we were taken back, the LPN took his vitals and we were put in a room where we waited another 45 minutes. A nurse came and took my son for an X-ray and then he returned to the room. About 30 min later someone poked their head in the door and said “no break” and shut the door. A few moments later a nurse walked in and wanted me to sign papers. At this point we had not seen a doctor or nurse practitioner. I had to ask her what the diagnosis was and she couldn’t tell me. I asked if his arm was fine and she said I’m not sure he may need a sling. She walks out and comes back with a sling. Nothing was discussed with me. No one told me how long the sling needed to be worn. No one told me if it was a sprain or what was going on. While all of this was going on my phone died. My husband arrived to quick care to come back to us. The women at the front desk refused to let my husband back. My husbands name and information is on all of my children’s paperwork. The entire visit was stressful. No communication with a physician and the front desk was just rude. We will definitely go somewhere else in the future for urgent care.
Very disappointed in this quick care urgent clinic. They would not even write a doctor’s Excuse for my 2 young children because I would not let them test them for covid. I let them test for strep throat and we all 3 had it and we did it came back positive i knew we had it becsuse i know what strep throat feels like. But of course whenever it was all said and done with and with they still said that they had to test them for covid and the flu and and it’s against my beliefs and I’m the parent of ny kids not them.What happened to back in the day whenever doctors could write a doctor’s excuse just for what they are sick with instead of having a test for several different things. This world is not like it used to be. It’s like we are all having our freedom taken away. And we got there at 10:40 am and didn’t leave till 1:50 pm. So very disappointed in this quick care urgent clinic.
Staff was great. Doctor ok but had to get my Primary Doctor to call me in steroids or else i would still be feeling horrible. I came to Quickcare because I couldn’t get in to see my Doctor and wanted to get better so I wouldn’t have to miss work.
