I made an appointment at the clinic on 1135 S. Salisbury Blvd, Salisbury, MD. Check-in was efficient and I was seen close to my appointment time. I appreciated that the woman who took my vitals and the doctor introduced myself. Dr. Valle’s bedside manner is excellent; in just a few minutes, I felt comfortable and confident that he had accurately diagnosed my illness and prescribed appropriate medications. I went to the North Salisbury location and had the best services ever! I was checked in less than 5 minutes and next headed to the back for services I needed and to see the provider. The provider was very friendly and involved with my care. He explained everything and also asked questions to help fix me, very knowledgeable. I would definitely referral this Urgent Care to everyone!
I was very pleased with the service that was provided during my visit. Everyone was very informative of the process of my situation. Dr Valley was very professional and he explained very thorough my case and was very attentative. The time frame was excellent, the nurse was very kind and sensitive to my needs, she explained the process for insurance product ( knee brace) I would to say thanks to all the staff the front desk tenant was welcoming.
1/15/23 Sunday my experience went well. I arrived at 1735 and I checked in for a rapid Covid test. The test came back positive, info was put in wrong on the results print out.
1/16/23, I called back first thing in morning to inform the the employees of the error and was trying explain. I had one employee acknowledge the error and she told me to come pick up the print out with correct result. I then was told to hold on and a very rude employee got on the phone , refused to try and understand what was being explained to her and then hung the phone up in my face. My girlfriend who works for State Public Health is listening to this.
Now we come to the North Salisbury office to be retested and the young lady that calls me back to be tested seemed like she was in a rush and the moment I sit down proceeds to stick the swab in my nostril causing discomfort and to pull my head back. The swab wasn’t even 2seconds and I asked if I could do it and she let me. The manager returned back with the positive result and we were finished.
The staff here were very kind and helped my daughter. The nurse that took us back and did her assessment was great and the provider was very nice as well. She ended up with strep throat. The only complaint that I have was the lady at the check-in/checkout desk. She was very blunt and rude, and was just not kind at all in her interaction with the customers as they came in, including myself. I even said something to my daughter on my way out about how she wasn’t very nice and another patient overheard me and chimed in “you got that right!”. Otherwise, great experience.
They were the quickest Urgent Care facility I have ever been to.. They helped me get back on my feet quickly, on an antibiotic for Bronchitis right away, and within 2 days I was back to normal. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs medical attention faster than their on PCP or any Doctor’s office could get you in and taken care of!
