Came in for a random drug test, the whole process was mostly seamless! Ladies at the front desk were super nice and greeted me. I had an issue with checking in since they weren’t sure if they had gotten the document from my employer, but they quickly let me know that they had it and I only had to wait about 20 minutes before I got called back. Once I got back, the tech was very nice and helpful and I was in and out very quickly. Although, they are way understaffed. I arrived at 9 for a walk-in. They get my information and scheduled me to come back at 10:45. I came back at 10:30 and didn’t get a room until 11:15. After checking in, I was taken back for the screening within 10 minutes, with two ahead of my position when I arrived. I had a quick tele health visit with a doctor to screen for COVID and the need for a pcr test. The entire process was smooth and the doctor was prompt. I had already taken 2 home tests that were negative and got my 5th vaccine (bivalent) 3 weeks ago. Based on the information I provided, the doctor did not think a pcr was warranted. Hopefully it’s just a cold and not COVID!
I had a wonderful experience there! They were super helpful and very quickly identified the problem with my knee. My only wish was that they took walk-ins, but it seems no urgent cares take walk-ins in Portland anyways. Overall they were great and exceeded my expectations! Definitely will go back if I need to!
