There was little interaction, a short wait, and an easy sign-in process. On Sunday, it was the only one open. The staff was really accommodating. They allowed me to do my work online and texted me, which I appreciated. It just took a little period, and then it occurred. Both the doctor and the nurse were excellent. The doctor stitched up a big cut on my finger with two stitches. I washed and bandaged my hand. The name of this ER is perfect because they truly do provide exceptional care. This was the second time my husband had to go to the ER in the past month. The care he received both times was great. Dr. Riggins takes time listens and is very thorough.

I use them quite often because you don’t get a bill like you would at the hospital emergency room. My complaint is one doctor who is extremely rude to me. The last time I was there he blew me off about my concerns about taking all of my medications after waking up from a nap, thinking it was the next day. Everyone else was nice to me except him. They did a blood pressure test and it was fine. When he came into my room he questioned me about taking my medicines the second time in one day. When I woke up I thought it was the next day. Now I know I’m not the only that’s happened too! But he said “You never though about you sleeping for 13 hours?” I said no, it never entered my mind, because my clock showed it was 6:30 and that’s what time I normally wake up In the morning! I asked him if he thought I should have an EKG done, he said “Are you having chest pains? Or dizziness”, and I said no. Then he said “you are fine, you managed to drive yourself here!” I said okay. He said “I could go”. I got up and put my robe back on to leave and the male nurse came in and started talking to me. Then a woman who works there came into my room and told the nurse, “The doctor is in the other room listening to every word your saying, she said the doctor said she is fine and she can leave!” I thought that was Extremely Rude! Not just to me but Especially to the male nurse! There was no need to Embarrass the nurse and he shouldn’t have bee Listening to what the nurse was saying. He said nothing wrong!!! He was just doing his job and was being nice, THAT’S ALL!!! I guess the doctor wanted the nurse to be rude to me too!!!And the woman who came in my room, talked in a manner like the nurse was doing something wrong as well! I don’t Even know what her title is but she was rude too! It all made Me feel very uncomfortable and For No Reason! They get paid because of patients like me, I don’t expect to be treated badly! Actually they made my feel guilty Just for showing up there! It doesn’t matter I will NOT let THEM STOP ME FROM GOING BACK, because they get paid by my insurance company and it doesn’t cost me at all. If I feel like I Need to be seen or treated I’m not going to let them stop me but they NEED to think about WHO IS PAYING THEIR SALARIES!!!! AND THEY NEED TO BEEN NICE TO EVERYONE WHO COMES TO THE EMERGENCY CENTER! If I wasn’t concerned about all of the medication I had taken twice in one day I Wouldn’t have gone there! Went to Exceptional Emergency care the next morning. Was seen immediately. Staff was attentive, kind and caring. X-rays taken, temporary cast put in my arm. Told me to follow up with Beaumont Bone & Joint. Left with a complete packet containing X-rays, physicians report to bring to Beaumont Bone & Joint. I received exceptional care here. Went to get a diagnosis for bacterial strep throat infection symptoms didn’t have insurance or any money and to my disbelief the nurse was very careless and seemed very annoyed with me and the doctor was borderline aggressive/very rude with his very quick assessment. Then deemed it a non emergency and wouldn’t help me unless I paid $660 up front! These people genuinely NOT CARE!! It’s all about money or they kick you to the curb with a high fever. I couldn’t believe it! I went to the medical center around the corner and they’re taking care of me.
They took real good care of me showed concern and also had me in and out in a timely manner…. they turned a horrible week around in a day

If I could give 0 stars I would! Started from the front desk on back my husband was laying on the floor in pain once in the back they were so focused on if he was on any type of illegal substances that they failed him! They diagnosed him with multiple bogus diagnoses and sent him home with antibiotics. Went to Beaumont ER the same night and thank God they actually performed an assessment! He was diagnosed with a AAA and had to be life flighted to Houston to have open heart surgery the very next day! Doctors told him he would not have lived longer than 5 days!!! Not all patients are pain med seeking!
