The company was well mannered, respectful, and professional, the only downside is the wait time. I got in at 8 am and didn’t get seen to do a drug screen until 9 am. Which if I had a job i would’ve been really late to it. So something for the company to keep in mind. I admit at first, I was annoyed at the signin process, but it became clear there was a staffing shortage that day. With that in mind, I think the 35 mins to get in the back wasn’t too bad all things considering. I will say that the highlight of my day was meeting Caliante. She was so friendly and kind. I was there for a Pre-Employment screening, she was thorough in explaining the process and didn’t rush me through, which I appreciated. Overall I was impressed with the whole staff. I have never had any issues getting blood drawn before so this was new for me. Despite having an appointment scheduled… I was forced to wait an hour before even being called… over an hour before I got brought back to the “smaller” room because apparently, the bloodwork kit that was previously sent was “misplaced” which meant … YES!!! I had to wait even longer. The lack of concern, empathy or compassion only added insult to injury. But I guess you live and you learn 🤷🏽♀️
The people who work at the front are rude and nasty. I asked to take my drug test and it took them 2 and a half hours just to get seen cause they were busy they made me fill out paper work twice even though I already did it and then my boss was having a hard time seeing the results of the drug test cause I wasn’t in there system. Even though I did the paper work twice. They are unorganized and unprofessional. Now the nurse that did my drug test was a sweet heart I got sick and she got me in and out when I got called back but the receptionists that were there were horrible. Will not be going back I less I have to. I’ll be finding another location to go to cause these guys are horrible
Aspinwall PA location. Some staff is rude, others were very nice. Wait times are horrendous and you can’t make an appt. They don’t even see sick people. It should be by appt only. Worst experience ever. Waited 2 and a half hours for a physical that I had to wait another 20 minutes in the back for the doctor while people are in the hallway chit chatting. No wonder wait times are terrible. And people who came in after me were seen before me. Such a joke
Would be 5 stars but waiting sucks! You’re going to have that in a place like this so be patient with the staff!! Emily rocks!! She is awesome & deserves a raise! My only complaint is the wait but like I said you’re going to have that in a place like this.
Went at 7am and the place was empty. It is clean and organized. I was getting a TB test. I had a physical last week and doctor was thorough. Would visit again if I had the need.
