I was under her care for 6 months for back pain that continued to get worse. I followed her orders and did physical therapy and she would never order the tests that where needed nor prescribe adequate medication. It took me to no longer be able to walk and forced to go to the U of I and now will be off work for 8 weeks. Very upset with her care 6 months no answer and Iowa city had results in 1 hour. I could tell you instance after instance how horrible this place is. They constantly are screwing up medication refills and rarely get them right. It’s a horrible practice.This place is so disorganized its unreal.

Went in today as I have been ill since Monday afternoon. Had went to hospital Tuesday because I was so bad, still not better today after being on antibiotics for 48 hrs. They kept saying they didn’t know if the NP would see me. I wasn’t aware you got to dictate which patients you will see? Once in the room they made me feel like my concerns were not important. Completely ignored the symptoms I was having. Said multiple times I that I didn’t know what a real migraine was. Told me I could discontinue the antibiotics I am on because she didn’t think that was the issue ( I agree with that) but never offered any suggestions on why I have been so sick! I will never go back, instead I will make the 45 minute drive to Pella!!!
Went to the clinic today at 5:45pm. Have been dealing with a rash all week. Drove in this horrible weather. Was turned away saying they just took their last patient. They had took 1 patient back and had 1 patient left in the waiting room. So apparently it takes them 1hr and 15mins to see 2 patients. I will never go there again.
I had to come here when I was super sick. Got seen within 40 minutes I believe. Wasn’t busy when I had to come in but it’s different on other days. Natasha, was the provider. She was super nice, friendly and treated me fairly. Thanks to her I’m feeling a bit better then I was prior to going in!! Definitely a great place to go when not feeling to good.
I googled this clinic to double check hours as it was a Sunday, google stated they are open until 7PM and they were literally the only walk-in open at this time. I get there @ 5:45PM, 3 cars parked in back, 1 car in front, and the lights are on, but the doors were locked and I could see nobody behind the desk or in the waiting area. Hours on the door stated open until 7PM, so I called from outside and someone answered within a few rings and I was told they are open but had taken their last patient for the night as they are “very busy.” I explained my situation as I was there for a child, no less- and also said there was only 1 car in the parking lot, how busy can they really be. I was put on hold for a nurse, where I was told the same thing, they would take no more patients despite it being 5:45PM, when they are to be open until 7. I expressed my EXTREME frustration and disappointment. I would give no stars if possible. At the risk of sounding like a “Karen” I will never come back to this clinic and will never recommend for anyone else. 10/10 do not recommend.
Disorganized. No communication with the public. Providers get sick, however, the staff could post something about hour changes instead of leaving people waiting in cars and lobbies.
