I had a great experience, the care team was great and had great bedside manners. I had made an appointment ahead of time so I was taken in relatively quickly. I was kept informed of the process the entire time. The facility was also very clean and relatively new.By Michael TS (8 months ago)The waiting room was completely packed when I arrived at 2pm. Because of this, I didn’t leave here until a little after 4pm.
However, I genuinely felt listened & cared for by the staff when it was my turn. They went above and beyond even though I had an issue they couldn’t directly treat.
Someone from Orlando Health even called me the next day to make sure I had an appointment scheduled with the specialist.
P.S. – be kind to doctors/nurses/center staff. These last 2 years have not been fun for them. They are humans too 💜

I was getting ready for travel and they had everything I needed and it was done accurately. The only thing I can say anything about was the room was hot and even the staff agreed. I have come here a few times and I just feel a sense of personal care that you usually don’t experience at a walk in clinic. They made me feel acknowledged and comfortable. I also like that there is one price up front. The waiting room was packed when I arrived. Only absolute seat was a small child’s seat, which was fine. Was taken back to exam room by 5p. Back office staff were very friendly and listened/addressed my issues. By 6p my visit was complete and I had a diagnosis and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy before I left. My experience with this establishment was amazing! Everyone who helped me today were very pleasant and professional. I was able to get examined, a CT scan with diagnosis, directions on follow up and a prescription sent to my pharmacy in under 2 hours. And today is Sunday! Excellent job! I would definitely recommend this location to all who will listen.
I had a very good experience here! The facility is immaculate and new. The staff, nurse and NP were polite and very professional. My husband recommended this facility so I was so very glad he did. They took care of me quickly and resolved my issue which was a medication refill.
I made an appointment the day before for the GuideWell near me. When I showed up, the staff at the front desk were extremely pleasant and were completely prepared for me. I maybe had to wait 10 minutes before being called back which is amazing for a walk in clinic. Every human contact I had was 100% professional and courteous. They did a great job at communicating with me the entire time I was there, and keeping me apprised of status and next steps. This is hands down the BEST walk in clinic experience I have ever had. I will always go to GuideWell when I need these medical services. Thanks to all the staff, nurses and doctors!!!
This facility is wonderful! Everyone I dealt with was courteous, kind, efficient, and caring. The facility is very clean and offers a variety of services. The online app made it very easy to schedule an appointment.

I just wanna say thank you to everyone today for all of your help.
I needed to go to the ER. When I arrived at Guidewell, the staff did not tell me that they were closing in 20 minutes. Instead, they took excellent care of me ( acting as if they had all evening). They ran a few tests right there on the premises including taking x-rays and doing blood work. They read me the results, kept me an extra half hour (even after they were closed), and then released me. They were polite, professional, and helpful. I would definitely use their urgent care center again. Thank you to all the staff who took great care of me. May God continue to bless you.
