Excellent and efficient care. Helpful with more than just my illness- also advised me patiently and kindly about my toddlers (as to where I could bring them/why). Everyone was kind, considerate and took the time to explain the rationale behind a treatment plan. (And took their advice!) Great option if you’re in the area. And, they’re trying to open an after-hours pediatric care there by next year’s spring.

They weren’t busy when I got there. I can create an appointment online….If clinic was runny behind the online appointment would alart me..You certainly can’t go wrong with this clinic. They also see kid’s for minor sickness.

I would normally go the Pine Ridge office but they are closed on the weekends. I had a great experience. Friendly staff and clean facility. I thought the Physician’s Assistant who treated me was excellent. She was experienced, thorough, listened to me and explained every thing and very clear on education instruction. I also liked that after leaving I rec’d a text with a link on the medication info as well as a video on the medication.
Arrived at 1:35 to have blood drawn for pre-surgery. After I checked in I waited 1 hr to be buzzed into a check in desk. I was then told to go to the lab office where I waited another 45 min. Only 1 person was ahead of me. After inserting the needle to draw my blood the technician was not able to get any blood from my left arm. He then had to insert another needle in the right arm and succeeded in drawing the blood he needed. I was finally
able to leave after 3:30. At no time was there more than 1 or 2 people ahead of me. I have had labs done before at PR/Collier site but was checked in and my blood was drawn within a very reasonable amount of time.
The above review is for Physicians Regional Patient Services not the walk in Clinic. I attended both sites on Nov 2, 2022. The walk in Clinic was excellent for patient services. I will use them for their services again.
I got there early on a Saturday morning. I was called back within 10 minutes. I told my tale of whoa, and the Physicians assistant can in shortly afterward. She confirmed my diagnosis and sent a prescription in to my pharmacy. The whole visit was less than an hour. Good news… problem is solved! I’m am a happy patient.
Most UNPROFESSIONAL medical care office!!! It’s not a Walk-in!! They were telling everyone an appointment only!! They sent away 85% of the people that show up!! I was there for 4 hours and observed this over and over! The man at the front desk was arrogant, cold and totally indifferent. Staff in the back were also uncaring and on the rude side. I would never go there again!! I don’t know how they got a 4 star rating!! Not by the people I saw leaving and cursing them!! If you have a real emergency please go somewhere else and get the care and service you should get from the medical field!!
Staff in reception was friendly and efficient. My wait time was very reasonable. The doctor and nurse were exceptionally kind and very good listeners. I agreed with the diagnosis and was pleased with the recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience.
