My visit to Urgent Care for Children was the smoothest doctor visit I’ve had in a long time. It took me all of 5 minutes to book an appointment and fill out the paperwork on their website prior to my visit, and we were in and out of the office in under an hour. The nurses were very nice but it took 3 1/2 hours for them to see me. I think they forgot I was in the room. The company needs to staff the location better so that patients don’t end up spending half a day waiting for a simple diagnosis.
Walked in I was greeted with a smile, every one was super nice l! I got in and out AIN good timing! Everyone was very very helpful.
The doctor took great care of me, the assisting nurse was overly concerned about me and took such good care of me! She was very friendly and made sure I didn’t leave without all my need being taken care of! I normally go to another location but the experience I got here may just made me transition to this one !
The best urgent care experience I have had. I arrived when they first opened and was greeted with a smile by Felicia. The rest of the staff was also nice and professional. The registration process was quick and easy. My wait time was also fairly short for an urgent care. Would recommend!

Out of about 18 years I’ve been here on sever occasions. This is the 2nd bad experience I’ve had and i was really shocked. I gave one start because the staff in the back was extremely nice when I decided my time was up and I needed to leave because i had been waiting extremely too long feeling ill. The front reception didn’t seem friendly but maybe because she’s pregnant I assume. I was signed in at 11:30am I had not been seen by a provider and it was approximately 2:30pm in which I had been just sitting in a room felling horrible and uncomfortable. No one came in the room to at least check on me so I ended up going to the desk asking for a refund of my copay so that I can leave and go elsewhere. The staff then let me know that there was only 1 provider on site. Wish they would have given me the opportunity to make a decision to stay or go 3 hours earlier by telling me that. I ended up leaving abs going to another urgent care who also had only 1 provider but i was treated, diagnosed with flu and in and out in less than 40 minutes. I spent 3 miserable hours at this facility with no results. I pray i will never have to return to this facility or it will definitely be my last option and if so I pray things have changed. Prayers for this facility with time, communication, and patient care
