5 Replies to URGENT CARE Near Me in Missoula MT

  1. Everyone that we had contact with was very friendly and professional. They make a person feel bthst they care. They explained everything that they had done and were going to do. Kelly Gregory was very thorough and did extend a welcome to return at any time that we may need her/them. I recommend them to anyone needing medical attention.

  2. I couldn’t get in to see my Dr for a flu test. They don’t do that test. So I came to this clinic at around 10 am and was told it would be a 2 hr wait. So i got signed in and went out to my truck to rest. The staff is friendly and I was thankful to be able to get in and get a prescription.

  3. Horrible front desk service. I walked in 20 minutes to close and the woman at the front desk just stared at me until I said hello. I told her I was hoping to get checked for a sinus infection and she rudely cut me off saying they were closing in 15 minutes and weren’t seeing patients. I understand if there wasn’t enough staff to see me, but she was so rude I couldn’t believe it. I feel bad for patients who are already not feeling well and get met with her attitude. Hopefully she is not a reflection of the rest of your staff.

  4. Never fails illness hits hard on weekend or holidays. After a long wait in the front, the nurse was swift and friendly, the only doctor working that day was happy and listened carefully. I am feeling better already. Magic hands!

  5. Nurse Practioner Kelly was outstanding in her service. She was kind, gentle, very thorough in her exam and explained things very clearly. I wish she could be my regular provider!

I’m super impressed by the staff at Community FirstCare. From check in through my exam. My whole experience was great. They were professional, empathetic, explained all as they went about their work and got meds ordered for me at my pharmacy. They got me in quickly and I couldn’t feel better about the care I received. John

All 3 of the wonderful ladies that I had the pleasure of visiting with were very Awesome and made me feel comfortable and at ease of talking about my medical history. The receptionist answered all my questions and smiled friendly. The Nurse that took my temperature and the Nurse that prescribed me antibiotics both listened to me and were very kind.
Thank you for helping me when I was in pain and needed help.

    Have a wonderful day 😊

As a Saturday walk-in, the wait time was only a few minutes, and the receptionist was pleasant, quick, and professional. Being with Nurse Erica in the exam room was like Comedy Central, but with regard to her job, she was thorough and professional. The Nurse Practitioner Sharon was also kind, caring, and professional. I don’t have one bad thing to say about First Care, where I’ve been an occasional return patient (with my now-adult children, even) for many years.

Hollie was so professional and welcoming the moment we came in. She deserves a raise! The medical staff were caring and knowledgeable and very efficient with their time. Highly recommended.

I went in to Grant Creek to be seen for a back injury at work. I saw a Dr Anderson, it was the worst experience I have ever had. He came into the room asked what was wrong I told him. The next words out of his mouth were to question a mental health diagnosis and really was condescending to me. I immediately left. Living in severe pain for months until I went to a chiropractor. I told him what was wrong, I had an X-ray done to find I have a severe curvature of my spine 34• to be exact, a BROKEN tail bone, BROKEN. Zero cartilage between my disc in my back and neck as well as well multiple herniated disc in my back (after getting an Cat scan done independently). I was humiliated and made to feel as if having mental health issues negate my right to medical care and as a human. I will never go there again. This treatment of the disabled is truly despicable and shows a lack of empathy and care for people in the community. What happened to Do no harm?

Everyone was so nice and caring from the receptionist to the nurse and doctor. They listened to me and made me feel comfortable. I showed up to the wrong location by mistake and consequently had missed my appointment. They emailed the other location for me saying I was at the north reserve location and got me in right away. Best care I’ve ever received at a walk in clinic.

I sprained my ankle and could barely walk. I hobbled to the reception desk and the receptionist yelled at me to go back and put a mask on. I told him I have a medical exemption. I had to repeat myself 3 times because he couldn’t hear, and I was forced to yell my situation in front of the other waiting paliens. He finally understood and asked of I “had my papers”. I explained that I don’t have papers and he is not allowed to ask about my medical conditions not pertaining to my visit. He barked for me to go back outside and check in via phone. I obliged and hobbled back outside. Check in was quick over the phone, but I was told i had to drive around the building and enter via the back door since I wasn’t wearing a mask. Small inconvenience, but OK. I drove around and was greeted by my nurse within about 4 minutes. She was kind and walked me into the back door and to the exam room. Interaction was pleasant, efficient, and nice. Doctor came in within 5 minutes and our interaction was also very pleasant. A little while later the xray tech knocked on the door. She looked at me like I had the plague because I didn’t have a mask on. She immediately said I HAD to wear a mask. I again explained that I have a medical exemption. She continued to harrass me and insisted i wear one. I said I would not wear one and she slammed the door behind her. A few minutes later she came back and said I needed to cover my face with my sweatshirt. She said the other people would be uncomfortable and they should know why I’m not wearing one. I finally consented to pulling my sweatshirt over my face because i needed a freaking xray!!!
Later, once back in the room, I saw the doctor and the nurse again with no issue. At the end, 2 other nurses had to come in to fit me with a brace. After a 10 minute interaction with all 3 nurses, I was asked by the 3rd nurse where my mask was. I went through the WHOLE damn story again. I was harassed, embarrassed and made to feel inferior because I can’t wear a mask. I will never again visit Providence because of the way I was treated.

Don’t expect to get your concerns addressed. I’ve been here a handful of times hoping it gets better and it’s a waste of time every time. The PA’s are rude and you don’t get listened to. It’s rare anyone shows any kind of compassion toward their patients. Choose another urgent care.

I was in severe pain and everyone was so nice to me and took care of me. I will trust them again if I ever need to be seen immediately. It’s important to be treated well when you’re so miserable. I thank everyone that helped me today.
