Refused to test me for strep even though I had clear symptoms just because it “didn’t look like strep” tested me for Covid and Flu both of which I didn’t have symptoms for and they were negative. Left with no treatment, just a recommendation to rest. Went to another urgent care and got a positive strep test. From reading the reviews this seems like a common issue. Do better and listen to your patients.By Skyler Perkins (4 months ago)Went in needing to do a physical for my son, they were unsure on if they did that so the front desk ladies took 10 minutes on taking my paperwork to the back to “ask”, even though their sign clearly states “PHYSICALS” then she looked through my paperwork and kept it and asked me for my number to register. They sent me the link & I registered. 1 whole hour later, while waiting in the car, I finally decide to go inside and ask what the hold up is. The ladies up front tell me real casual-like that “opps, they texted the wrong number”, my husband they said. How they pulled up my husbands number if I spent a whole 10 minutes registering MY information is beyond me. They get my co pay and then she has us “take a seat” and wait. 10 minutes after sitting there she calls me to the window and says that they charged the wrong chart and that they would have to refund me the $75 and then charge it again (unbelievable!). 10 minutes after that she has me go back up to the window and fill out more paperwork. Finally after almost an hr and a half we are FINALLY seen when I specifically called ahead of time and they told me that rhe wait time was 5-20 minutes. But because of their incompetence up front in texting the wrong number and charging the wrong chart and what not it turned into a 1.5 hour thing. Not to mention that they moved with the urgency of a snail. To say that I was livid is an understatement. I always get a text saying “please use this link to let us know how we did” and it’s real funny that I didnt get one this time. But a google review always does the trick anyway. After leaving another hospital who didn’t even touch my daughter with RSV & discharged us with low oxygen & literally nothing, we drove over 30 mins to this ER & were AMAZED. They were so kind to us, constantly asked if we needed anything, kept my daughter comfortable. I never once felt like they were in a hurry to get us out of there. And my daughter is WAY better than what she was with 2 visits to her pediatrician and a visit to the hospital. All it took was 30 mins for y’all to bring her happiness back! I was beyond impressed, I have never experienced customer service like that In the medical field. Thank you to our care team!!!
Once again, they never fail to amaze me! This time I had a visit and all of them were so comforting, got me in & and in a timely manner while being thorough. They are always busy but always make time to chat with me personally and have true conversation. Love them!!!
I appreciate the quality service received for my son here. The staff is very friendly and Ashley H at the front desk is helpful and all the staff that assisted us today, Daniel our tech, the intake nurse and I was really impressed with Dr. Diaz who was very caring and informative.

Came in for some lower back pain and Dr.Alvino was great, he came in not even 5 minutes of being in the room. Jessica our nurse was very pleasant and informative. Aaron took us right back to the CT scan. Daniel was extremely hospitable, making sure if warm blankets were needed, I’d we needed anything to drink. Great staff!! I’ve been here a couple of times and each time they’ve taken amazing care of me and others!
I love this place so much. The best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The staff is so polite and caring; especially with my child, but has also been with me. They seem to genuinely enjoy and care about what they do and it makes it so much of an easier and less stressful experience. The nurses, the doctors and the front staff are all very informative and personable and I can’t say enough how well the care team treats my little one. Our help tonight, I believe his name is Jonathan, was absolutely incredible. He was so kind to my son, getting him a juice and stickers as we left and making sure to speak so sweetly to him. And Dr. Diaz made him feel at ease and was very down to earth. I appreciate it so much. I will always go to this location when needed. Thank y’all!
My experience was one of the best I have ever had in such a long time. Maribel at registration was super helpful and has exceptional customer service skills made me feel right at home. The RN Jose that attended me words can’t even describe how satisfied I am with the care that was provided he is the most kindest, sweetest individual ever. I definitely recommend this place. Great job to all the staff.
