Came in for my sons deep laceration. Best urgent care experience we’ve ever had. From the front desk staff, to the nurse, to the Dr. Bedside manner awesome, friendly and a squeaky clean place. Even the billing procedure was quick efficient and smooth. We live in Saint Augustine Fl (horrible urgent cares up there)…they could use a lesson on how to run an urgent care center from this facility. There is reason this place is highly rated. They earn it everyday. Thank you so much🙏🏼By matt keysers (a month ago)I went there with a horrible cough and everyone was amazing. The wait time is minimum and the front desk staff was very cordial. My 5 starts are for Roger (nurse practitioner) and Dr. Da Silva, who were great with me and even made me laugh even though I was feeling awful. Roger noticed that my birthday was on the next day, and congratulated me, that was very sweet of him. The medical attention is awesome, very professional service and excellent staff. They make you feel welcomed and provide the best care for you. Lastly, the young lady that helped me with my check out was very patient and took the time to walk me through the virtual process.

My only problem was when they wheel in a screen for someone to check you out via Zoom when you have beautiful, working humans all around you. When the person next to me was being checked out, everyone could hear the personal conversation about personal details and the credit card for copay. This doesn’t belong in a healthcare setting. The nurse, Berenice, , and Dr Calao really took the time to listen and understand my symptoms, and clearly explained the diagnosis/treatment. Didn’t rush me out, even at the end of a 12-13 hour shift! Really thankful for the quality care. Absolutely the best experience. Having a child with Autism is very challenging, your staff and Dr. Garcia went above and beyond to be kind to James. We appreciate this so very much. He’s feeling much better after the treatment and medication prescribed. The location is beautiful, clean and modern – definitely the best alternate when your primary isn’t available and you’re in a bind. Highly recommended.
I love these people! 10/10 recommend going here & I will be back! I had a traumatic injury to my toe & everyone was so patient & kind to me. They made me feel comfortable & safe during the procedure. Danielle was so amazing all the way through & thoroughly explained the after care. From the moment I walked in & was at the front desk until the moment I walked out—Maggie, Latoya, Lao, Chaya, Christina, Elaine & Natasha were all so great. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about these ladies & this practice.
My visit to this location yesterday was impeccable. Great customer service. Complimentary treats and cold water for the guests. Front desk rep was very friendly (she wore her hair in a puff very beautifully lady) I didn’t get her name. Registration was easy. I was blown away by the nurse Maggie. Beautiful person very friendly and very concerned with my daughter’s well being. Paired with the X-ray tech they really are a force for that facility. Maggie is truly a gem I’ll definitely recommend this establishment. Oh and it’s very clean and up to date.
Had a really good experience here. I’m on vacation and had a pain issue come up. I deal with a chronic condition but this was something different. Danielle was absolutely incredible. I came in today in so much pain and she made me feel heard not only about what was going on today but also my past history and my concerns. That was one of the best experiences with a doctor I’ve had. Her assistant Christina was also amazing she was so empathetic and efficient and talked me through everything she was doing including when to breath for the needle sticks! If your local or traveling and anything medical comes up go here!
Great experience. Appreciated the minimal paperwork to register. Got taken in very quickly. Almost no waiting. My daughter was tended to by 3 people, all were wonderful. The nurse practitioner, Aviva, was outstanding. She gave a very thorough yet gentle physical exam. She kept checking in on us as we got my daughter’s arm x-rayed. Thankfully, it wasn’t broken. Med Rite gave us a sleeve to immobilize the arm and a sling and got us on our way. Overall fast, professional, and very caring. Thanks Aviva and staff for taking such good care of my child.
