This was my second time visiting this location and they are always so helpful and nice upon entering. They never make u feel like your just a person in line and they always confirm and verify all your information etc. they are so friendly and the Nurse/Doctor I had was the best she didn’t judge me or make me feel less than. In and out with my results, prescriptions and guidelines in less than 1 hr. They were very pleasant and competent. Very clean place too. Went to the ER with bad cut the day before, waited 5 hours just for the doctor to be like ” oh there’s not much we can do” and with not much explanation just put gauze on my cut and bandaged it up.
BH urgent care took care of me, made me feel welcomed and offered a great solution. They were very helpful, and nice.

I cannot thank the staff here enough for the treatment and care they provided me today. I love how they set a realistic wait time, encouraged and showed patients how to use the app to hold a spot earlier vs just walking in, helped me use the restroom while my hurt arm was suffering, made me comfortable, and explained everything along the way. It’s hard to find good people that listen to their patients and their symptoms nowadays. I got some chocolate candy on the way out so we his will forever and always be my new favorite Urgent Care in the future.
Everyone was so sweet and honest about wait times. Office was VERY clean and it was purifiers in every room. I was offered so many accommodations. I felt like I was taken care of and the whole staff was very friendly. I will be back again.
By the way I love how Fast and the convenience of the app, I was in and out within 20 minutes
Got the web page and thought I locked in 9:30 for my appointment but when I arrived they did not have me down and there were 6 people ahead of me. The mix up was my fault and they got me back faster than my PCP does with an appointment.
Everyone was very professional and helpful. I don’t know their names but from front desk to nurse to doctor or APN everyone was great. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
Every time I go there whether it’s the nlr location the w Markham etc the entire staff Is always amazing. They take the time to really care about their patients. I recently tested positive for covid for the first time. .I got dizzy going to the exam room . The nurse immediately went and got my bf who was in the lobby. She didn’t ask me she was concerned enough to do it . That is the excellent standard of care they give each of their patients
We came here on a Saturday with a 9 month old baby, said we suspected a urinary track infection. The woman at the front desk asked us about our insurance and said it was not accepted. She then sent us away without recommending anything by herself. We called the insurance company and opened a case so we would be accepted. Sunday we came back to the front desk to the same lady, and should log in. She remembered us. Only then did she inform us that they can’t even treat a 9 month old baby there because they can’t put in catheters to get urine. We did not feel well supported. She could have already said on Saturday that they can’t treat a 9 month old baby with these symptoms. We then went to the children’s hospital where we got fast help
