Dr M was amazing. I went here for cellulitis on my finger since I couldn’t get in to see my doctor and He was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. Explained the options available for treatment and together decided on best approach. Treatment was fast yet complete. I will avoid this place like the plague. Nurse was fine. Doctor was friendly. But the wait time was AWFUL (at least for a while, if I try again in the far future, I’ll update review). They have signs posted that it’s because of new staff and so on, but the wait was almost completely ridiculous. Idk whose fault it is…pharmacy or them, but took 2 days to get medication filled.

All staff members were professional and caring. The wait time was short, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. This clinic is run very efficiently. Highly recommend! We were walk ins at 7pm , they close at 8 and still put us on patient list. It was after 8 when they called us in and helped us very kind and would recommend for all non emergencies. They do have a lab and XRay if needed which is very convenient.
We have visited this clinic many times over the years with decent care for an Urgent Care Clinic however, last night’s experience was fine until it was time to leave and then the treatment we received was absolutely horrendous!
I guess, they only care up until it’s time to close and then you are longer a human being!
My son hurt his knee and we showed up with him in a brace and him having to use a walker. I am handicapped as well and walk with a cane. So, I found the nurse who showed us the exit through the back door and expressed with no real care for either of us, to be both insensitive and uncaring, other than to have us leave as soon as possible.
She stated that the distance to my car from there was the same distance as if she were leaving out the front door. I asked how she knew where we parked, thinking maybe she thought we were parked in the back.
Nope! She just repeated herself that the distance out the back, around the entire building was the same as if we were leaving out the front door.
I held up my cane and pointed to my son and expressed that I had parked in the handicap parking spot in front, directly outside the front door.
Telling her the distance is absolutely not the same at all! She again, argued that the distance was the same. But she offered that I could bring my car around. I showed her my cane again.
It’s dark, windy, and 30’ outside and we didn’t have jackets! Plus, the sidewalks are uneven as they are designed to accommodate those in wheelchairs, who would be coming out of the BACK of building and is something that should have been offered to him at the very least, given that part of his instructions were to be no weight bearing and was visibly struggling with his walker and wind!
So, I guess, if you’re handicapped and your trying to care for your kid who’s just hurt their knee and are told to not walk on it, this is not the right clinic to go to if it’s late in the day as they will quit literally and very rudely send you off in the dark and cold with no concern for their own discharge orders and visible difficulties with walking. It’s late, 30’, windy!
Now get out!

After being hospitalized for Covid, Pneumonia, & COPD I felt like I did when I was hospitalized. I was relieved when the test for Covid & the Flu & Strep all came back negative. The staff from check-in to the time I left were caring and made my visit even the way I felt they made it easier to bear.
I used to love coming here everyone was nice and easy going… I made an appointment the day before I came 15 mins early. Had 2 people ahead of me next thing I know 2 hours later still haven’t been seen… 7 people go ahead of us 4 discharge,2 iTriage and 1 walk out. And yet my appointment was at 3:30!!
