  1. Clean office, friendly staff. FNP Tiffany is wonderful. She takes time to listen and is caring and helpful, explaining things simply and clearly. She is so kind and is a true asset to the clinic. She was a blessing to me.

Another plus to me is being able to choose my appointment time online. I always have a short wait-time.

  2. First of all, when you call the number listed, it would be great to get the actual local branch instead of the call center. Secondly, I could have saved my co-pay because the NP would not listen to what I was telling her worked with me as far as medication wise (Btw, I was trying to clear a sinus infection. So not asking for any controlled substances. Just putting that out there.) Some medicines just work better than others with me. She refused to listen and instead wasted my time and money. Thirdly, I do have to give props to the front office /receptionist lady. She was sweet, kind and helpful.

  3. I leave work early. I arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment.
The receptionist asks my name, I give her my name and birth date followed with ” I have an appointment at 4″. She Replies “Okay well we are training so this is going to take a while” and never acknowledges my name or date of birth. I sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half before I’m spoken to again. After another 20 minutes of back and forth she tries to tell me that I showed up to the wrong clinic. This is false. Because I was showing up for a follow up appointment with the same Dr.

  4. The front desk receptionist was super nice and it started off great. I got back to my room and the nurse did the initial questioning – – then I’m pretty sure I was forgotten for 30 minutes. At 30 minutes on the dot, I stepped out to ask. Within 30 seconds the nurse practitioner walks in and I just felt it was so impersonal, and that she really couldn’t care less and just wanted to get it over with as fast as she could.. Kind of a bummer as I was looking for somewhere to continue going.

  5. I am visiting family in town and made an appointment with Fast Pace Health in Ellisville, MS. From the front desk to the practitioner on duty. All were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was provided a tip on how to properly use nasal spray for maximum results. The establishment was clean and decorated with class. Keep up the great work team.

After 20+ years in patient care healthcare I can tell you your experience in ANY hospital is determined by who’s working that day. Our experience here hàs been good. I brought my to the ED with a 212 bp. It seemed to me that patient were being seen based on the order they came in. We were initially seen fairly quick. Had EKG and BP taken. Then we waited 4 hrs to be seen. The care was good once we were seen. The care she received after admission was good. Everything was clean everuone polite as could be. If it was my hospital i would have protocols in place that priotorized the severity of the patients problem I would not want to take the chance of someone having a stroke from a 4 hour wait to be seem with a dangerously high bp.

Brought my husband to the ER last night due to swelling in his leg. Suspected blood clot which turned out to be the case. We couldn’t have asked for better care. They ordered lab and imaging quickly before the doctor even saw him. The doctor admitted him but they were short on beds so we had to spend the night in the ER and were discharged this morning. They made us very comfortable and moved another bed in his room so I could stay with him. The level of care, concern and professionalism from the admissions staff, doctors, NP,s,nurses, radiology and lab personnel was top notch especially under the circumstances and they are to be commended.
    Thank you!

This place is the pits! Just a mess!
Staff could care less about the patients. So unprofessional and they don’t realize that THIS patient (my mom), is a licensed nurse!
She knows what good nursing care is and leaving her in a blood stained gown, isn’t it. Though she’s extremely sick, they don’t even check on her (every hr, like I was told over the phone). I’ve been in the room with her for almost 3 hrs and they haven’t been back in, though her B/P is up to 170/112. It has never been that high. If you ask a question, they get bothered by it and make snide remarks. I’m not having it. They stuck her to check her glucose but my mom isn’t diabetic! The aide came in later and apologized. Said she had the wrong patient. Trying to get my Mom out of here asap!
(Mission of South Central Regional Medical Center: Excellent Care and Service. Every Patient. Every Interaction. Every Time). THAT’S a complete joke! They just don’t care!
Giving 1 star because I can’t give less; after all, she’s at least, in a room with a bed.
I also noticed that all the responses for negative reviews are the same, and though different, all the positive reviews have a ‘stock’ answer, as well, so there’s no need for a response from (owner).
    God help us all.

Nurse Tabitha W on the pediatric/ob floor was absolutely fantastic. My son was admitted and not for one second when she was on her shift did we have to ask for anything. She made my son which is 4 years old have the best experience possible. All of the staff was right on time for all medication and treatments as told from the start. Dr Tibbs was phenomenal as always. We could not have asked for better treatment.

I’m rating at 1 because I can’t rate 0. I spent 10 hours (yes HOURS) there yesterday for nausea and diarrhea. Can’t even keep water down. Dr called in several prescriptions for me and got to pharmacy this morning to pick them up and they wouldn’t fill them due to possible drug interactions. During my 10 hours yesterday, not one person asked me about any prescriptions that I take. NOT ONE! So now it’s near the end of another day and the ER has yet to respond to my pharmacy. I called the ER myself and was shuffled from 1 person to another and finally disconnected. Called back again and am STILL waiting for someone to call me back! Nice building, but staff is totally a train wreck!

I took my daughter to this clinic today. My family and I visit this clinic often in comparison to similar clinics. I had the WORST encounter with the nurse at checkout. I am really hoping someone reaches out to me because the treatment and racism that I encountered is absolutely unacceptable. I will update accordingly #Sistagirl

The receptionists were actually nice and professional today. The nurse working 5/2/22 came out whispering to one of the receptionists looking at me telling her something regarding my child’s visit.. I stared right back at her! We were at the ER day before after car accident obviously things were worse we went there. It was 5 ppl ahead of her they hurried her to the back after all the whispering only to say they couldn’t do anything for her rushing us out. The Dr was already coached by the nurse (pitiful) I explained to her I am no crackhead and neither is my child we are not looking for controlled substances but she needed something! They judged us before being seen! Hell she couldn’t get anything sent in that is part of his job smh!! I’ve been in the medical field Ik how it is! My child was in an accident and in pain and couldn’t see her family doctor anytime soon is the ONLY REASON I went there due to them knowing her situation already! Always go with your first mind and I should have went to another clinic my own fault! Drs and nurses like that make SCRMC LOOK BAD ALWAYS! They suck!! Always bad experiences minus the pediatric place! Do better hire ppl who actually care about their jobs and the patients!! Be more professional!!

I was the first patient to sign in and told them there was a woman with a child and a gentleman that arrived ahead of me. One hour later while waiting in my car, I call to see where I am on the list. I was told ” there are 3 people ahead of you.”. I left and I won’t ever go to that clinic again. I haven’t been pleased with them anyway. Once I went in for stitches in my finger and they fell out in 2 days. What a waste of time.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! It wasn’t the 2 hr wait, it was the NP and nurse being rude and treating my husband like he was a kid! It definitely seems like they didn’t want to deal with my husband and daughter and acted as if we should of went to the er. After reading other reviews of this place that seems to be their go to!
