10/10. The gals at the front were very sweet & knowledgeable. Explained how to register online as well as letting me know since I was a walk in, the wait time was going to be a bit long. Once called to the room, the Medical Assistant- Edith was just as kind & empathetic with what happened that led me to visit them. The provider/Dr., Ms./Mrs. Flores was very professional, fast & efficient. Also made me feel very comfortable. Over, great experience! I had to ask for my X-ray results which they didn’t know.. they said they would call me later with them. No call yet. I had to ask for my diagnosis before I left because neither the nurse nor attending physician, Anna Flores, said nothing to me. Do not let Anna Flores treat you. She never even introduced herself, I had to ask her who she was because I was not sure if she was a nurse or someone else. Total lack of concern, professionalism, and bedside care. She has no business being in health care. Drive the extra miles to another location. CareNow on Green Valley is excellent. I was too sick to drive myself over there so I went to the Sloan/Charleston location. They labeled all the rules they told me I must follow while there, as policy but when others came in they didn’t bug and push them the same as they did us. First off, they want you to act as a single parent as they only allow one parent in the room with all your kids not mattering how many you may have. Second, they pushed us all to wear masks and they tried making me put one on my 1year old child claiming it’s a requirement. When white people walked in with their toddlers they didn’t tell them anything. When black people walked in with no masks on they didn’t tell them anything either. Third, their bathrooms have no changing tables and if they allow you to change them in a room they awkwardly stand right behind you. They are not really an urgent care because you have to make an appointment and if you don’t show up when they text you, they will not see you. Maybe its more like just a type of clinic but not at all an urgent care, as they don’t care how sick you are they will follow some weird rules and be very cold about how you feel. The level of professionalism here is outstanding! I’ve never had such a great experience at any urgent care center.
The front desk ladies were so kind, helpful and friendly, and the reception area was spotless and fresh smelling! All in all my visit was only 30 minutes, which is so fast! In that time, the providers were personable and fantastic, both in bedside manner and in providing the medical care itself.
The doctor was genuinely concerned for my well-being, and took a more holistic approach to my situation, instead of prescribing medications that were unnecessary. I appreciate this so much! It shows they actually care about each individual that comes in the door.
I will definitely be making this my go-to Urgent Care, because when you’re feeling terrible, they do what they do best: get you feeling better!

I’m so glad I chose to come into this urgent care not only was it close to my house but they offer web check-in so you don’t even have to sit there to wait you, you simply wait at home and get a message when it’s your turn! From the front staff to the back everyone was so kind and helpful. Treated me right away and did everything possible to get me better! My prescriptions were sent right over and were filled before getting the the pharmacy kinda shocking actually. Anyway 10/10 recommend!
The staff behind the doors are great. Nurses and doctors are friendly, kind and helpful. But for some reason the receptionists never answer the freaking phone!. As I was writing this the phone had been ringing for 12 FREAKING minutes. This is not the first time I have called and it just rings and rings and rings and rings and rings. No one picks up and says tho gs lime, can you hold there are a million people ahead of you. Nothing, just a ringing phone for 12 minutes. That is a huge thing when your prescription can’t be filled as written.
The staff really shines at this location. Gianna, Jennifer, and Crystal were all top notch professionals. My check in process was super smooth. I was not asked to provide anything redundant as I was able to fill most information out online ahead of my appointment. No insurance issues or frustrations typical of visiting an urgent care. My wait time was short and there was a TV in the lobby. From the check in to the nurse who took my vitals to the PA that examined me and recommended medications, everyone was very helpful and courteous. In and out in about 30 min and that was with 2 tests run. This place is a gem. Highly recommend.
ALL of the staff here were so kind, professional and at the same time made you feel like family! It was a great experience. Gianna helped me to check in, even with me never having done registration on my phone before. She made it quick and easy. Chris, my nurse, was very friendly, took his time to be sure my concern was noted and made the procedure I had done for my ear, quick and it helped so much to alleviate the pain I was having. Dr Arellano was amazing as well, she took her time, was very pleasant, thorough and explained everything to me in an easy to understand fashion. Going to this CareNow clinic was a great choice!
