The doctors and staff are so friendly and supportive. The front desk is always so sweet and always loving up on ever dog that comes in! I just found out my oldest dog has liver disease and it’s been very stressful they had changes medications and many other options to try they were very understanding about my budget and we found a way to work around. I’m very thankful for them to be so. Caring for my dog. I would recommend there urgent care side and general practice. My fur baby is has anxiety but loved everyone there!! 😊By Isabella Lafontaine (7 months ago)They got us in quickly and even called to follow up on a Saturday. They were very thorough and even caught things our regular vet didn’t notice. He is doing much better now thanks to Horse Heaven! We are even going back for additional care soon. Also, it is a cute building and smells lovely!By Claire Wilkerson (4 months ago)HHH took my cat in on short notice with a urinary tract blockage. They got him fixed up quickly and were very caring, friendly, helpful, and communicative. They even had a tech volunteer to stay over night with my cat and another one since the nearby pet hospital was fully booked. The triage option is a great one for times where you can’t get into your vet but want to make sure your pet is not in crisis. Prices are very comparable to my regular vet.By Joe Cruz (4 months ago)We travelled 70 miles to the pet urgent car on a Sunday. Our 10 year old chihuahua had woke up, nearly unable to stand, and our local vets were all closed. I called and spoke with Bailey, who was very informative and kind, and she got us on the waiting list. We were running a little behind, trying to get everyone in the car and packed, I called to notify them and they were completely understanding.
As soon as we arrived they took us back to comfortable exam room with couches and a tv. Kayla checked his vitals and was great, I felt at ease as soon as we arrived. Dr. Erickson took time to explain our dog’s condition and how to care for him. I was able to ask her multiple questions about other health issues I’ve noticed, and she was knowledgeable and helpful. She recommended proactive and non-invasive solutions, which I really appreciated. They sent us with prescriptions and our pup was feeling better in no time. I feel confident that he will get better and would happily drive the extra way to have our pets treated here.
Big thanks,
Chancho and the Hernandez Family 🐾
By Ceci (2 weeks ago)They took amazing care of my little gal, Ivy. She’s a Houdini with zero car sense. She escaped my front door and was hit by a car. She needed an amputation. They were compassionate with me and provided top notch medical care to my escape artist. She’s a tripod now, but happily so. She has made a complete return to health and I am so grateful.By Mary Lungu (8 months ago)

I would think for being an urgent care they would keep things a bit more clean, and presentable. Literally every chair here is torn with rips, the carpet is super stained with spots, the baseboards are ripping off the wall. It’s a very uncomfortable environment when you’re already feeling uncomfortable as it is. I will avoid this location at all costs in the future.By Jessica Graff (8 months ago)Recently tried to get check out or seen by someone due to being severely sick. They said it was going to be a four hour wait, and upon severity (whatever that understanding was to the front desk). I came in with shortness of breath and dazed, etc. already and tried to tell front desk i just need to be seen so i just Checked in. I was Barely able to fill out the piece of paper simply because of how much my body was shivering from being sick, (circled all symptoms that i was Experiencing- which was every single one). They told me i could wait inside or out in the car to wait to be called. About over an hour later I’m in the parking lot suffering from body aches, chills, shivers, hot/cold sweats in my own car in their parking lot. I knew I couldn’t make it to walk to the front door for no reason so i called To see if i could be seen or given a Tylenol to reduce pain, i was Basically told no got to wait till i get Called back.
As sick as I was, i was Close to passing out in my own car. Literally told the front desk that that’s how i felt, and shockingly they couldn’t help? I had To drive myself to the next emergency room that’s ten minutes away with blurred vision, thank goodness i didn’t get into an accident, or pass out behind the wheel.
Glad i care About my own health before i left It in the hands of this urgent care. You could’ve at least use your “upon severity” to really decide if it’s worth patients waiting 4 hours to be seen “depending on their severity”. Cos within an hour of sitting outside, my heath was at risk and no concern was given nor was there a suggestion to go somewhere else, or at least help relieve your patients if they do decide on sitting there for that many hours.
By Tina Phetvixay (4 months ago)I hadn’t been in quite a while to this location. I was wondering what was up with all of the one star reviews. Before you walk inside, the place is surrounded by homeless people. It’s like 19 degrees outside. It’s a matter of time before this gets way out of hand. The inside was completely packed full of people and I was told it would be a three-hour wait unless I had a reservation. So, you need an appointment for urgent care? So it’s no longer a walk-in clinic? I really think that needs to be relayed to the customers better. It’s just a normal clinic now. It’s not urgent, like at all. It’s a make-an-appointment-and-wait-forever clinic. It’s like all the rest. There’s absolutely nothing urgent here. Btw, loved the photos of every seat being ripped up and stains all over the floor. This place is a daycare for most of the time it is open. Parents sit on their phones and kids play wildly all over. That’s why the carpet and chairs are being destroyed.By Kevin Craig (3 months ago)I took my 8 month old for cold symptoms. Both the nurse and doctor Desiree were very kind. The nurse was very great with my baby. She managed to keep him calm while checking him. The doctor went beyond my expecations in giving clear directions and thorough explaination of my son’s condition and treatment. One of the best experiences I’ve had at Kadlec.By Araceli Aispuro (2 weeks ago)This place is a joke. I was not listened to and laughed at by the medical assistant. The provider that came in had zero recommendations on how to help my situation and when I asked to leave the doctor stood in the way of the door. I had to ask a second time to leave after she did not move from the door entrance. Additionally, I had an appointment at a certain time and was seen an hour later. People that came in after me were all seen before me. Kadlec in itself is a joke, so I don’t know why I bother with this evil corporation anymore because they don’t care.By Jessica Moore (6 months ago)

I’ve had a number of issues the past two months and each trip to BestMed Urgent Care went well. The front desk is discreet even though it’s an open area. The nurses are friendly and really listen. I notice they ask relevant questions which makes me feel they want to make sure they understand. The doctors I’ve seen there also really listen and show concern. They always seem to be in good moods too. I appreciate the care I’ve received.
I was treated with compassion and care from the receptionist, nurse and doctor from the moment I walked in the door. I was given top notch care and eased my stress over being so sick without insurance. I’m so grateful for everyone at BestMed, and cannot thank them enough for the care I so desperately needed. I highly recommend them.
My daughter gets strep throat often. Brought her in for antibiotics, assuming her sore throat and fever was strep again. Doc gave her quick test, came back negative, sent her home and said to take ibuprofen and ride ‘it’ out. Four days later she’s in agony, can’t swallow, eat or sleep. Took her to a different place. Doc said she definitely had strep, and that the quick test they gave her only tested for one strain of strep … said she should have been tested for the other strains at BestMed. They gave my daughter antibiotics and she’s getting better now, after 10 days of needless and intensifying suffering, and over a week of missed school. The doc and BestMed was either lazy or incompetent in my opinion … very common condition with an easy diagnosis and cure. We told him about her proclivity for strep, but I guess he know better. He sent her home without even checking for the other strains. Total lack of compassion.
Office staff and nurses were great! However, Took my infant in and the doc had to come back in asking us what test he ordered a few minutes after he left. He did a rapid test, said its not strep, could be something else, and opened the door for us to leave without an opportunity to ask questions. My husband stopped him to allow me to ask about allergens and the doc simply waved my concern off and left the room. No help on next steps, no questions regarding child history of medicines/food, no “here’s your way out”, and ultimately no bedside manners. Will not go back to this facility for treatment.
After I arrived at the urgent care facility the receptionist assisted me in filling out the paperwork. After a very short wait I was taken to an examination room. The nurse arrived quickly and a few minutes after she left the doctor arrived. He diagnosed me and provided the solution. It was a positive atmosphere.
