They did not help. They give your information to others knowingly its not allowed an it goes against the rules . Theyve delayed my Appointment an wasted my 5 hours of my time and didnt do the purpose of my appointment for only 2 papers! Its ridiculous to assist any help from them because there gonna make you run around everywhere. Alot of them are supposed to be fired in Medical records Covid center and Pediatrics. False information no assistance and invalid of rules theyve got away with. The one last paper for that appointment. Magically the paper disappeared when i gave it to the pediatrician. They are Un professional and full of immature workers in this company. I would never go to the place again. Once was enough. This place put false statements on my Patient Clinical summary.On the Complaint in …the reason for visiting us,they entered.PATIENT REPORTS TESTING POSITIVE FOR COVID. I never said this.I never had COVID and i hope i never do. They also make a few other FALSE statements in that section .When i got home, i called and asked them to make a revision to this report and they said that they would talk to there superior and call me back.THEY NEVER CALLED ME. The next day i dropped by and the 2 ladies that were at the front desk,said they would get the provider out to talk to me when he was finished with a patient.I waited about 15 minutes and he did not come out .I then told the lady that i had to be somewhere and could she just send me the revised copy and she said that they can not send it into the mail,because it was medical records,so i asked her to call me when they have the revision and i will make another trip there and she assured me that she would do that.. 2 days go by and i never got that call AGAIN.not very dependable outfit at all. So, i went by again and the desk lady said that she did not know anything about this and send out another woman , who said she was in charge and this woman said that they can not do those things that everyone there had told me that they would do. She refused to do anything about this..except to say that someone may have keyed the wrong info in. This is a lame excuse, because there were a number of statements that in that section that I NEVER SAID TO ANYONE THERE ,and they were all false statements. She was adament and stated that she WILL NOT do what i asked,which was just to make a corrected addition or a revision to the receipt for me. She was very fresh to me . I felt like i was talking to a wall. Your company sure has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and treats patients like trash and i would never,never go to this horrible place..You should call your business AFC-WE DON’T CARE.
I finally found the corporate phone number and selected the complaint option and the message says that no one is there now and to leave a message..but then it says that the message box is FULL and can not take any messages. NOT SURPRISING that it is full as per my experiences with this horrible outfit.
Make an appointment to “save time” according to AFC. Get a text 30min before my appointment, moving my appointment 45min later. Not a huge deal, but kind of frustrating since the point of making an appointment was to be able to plan my day and miss the minimum amount of work. Get there a few minutes before new time and end up sitting in the waiting room for another hour and 45min. So my 12PM appointment, means I finally get in to see someone at 2:30PM. Don’t waste your time coming here, it’s always an insane wait. Go to Baystate Urgent Care or any of the other urgent cares if your time is worth anything to you. They also have a waiting room filled with people and so not enforce wearing a mask. During my appointment 3 adults and 2 children took off their mask, 4 of which were coughing and having clear Covid systems. Asking to wait in car is okay, but they call you in telling you that your appt is ready and still make you wait 30min after. All around horrible experience. The PA and nurses are rude and rush you out, trying to just get to the next person and refuse to look into treatments that have worked multiple times in the past (treatments done here too, hence why I put myself through coming here).
AWFUL EXPERIENCE, AWFUL SERVICE, RUDE RECEPTIONIST and OUTRAGEOUS WAIT TIMES. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH OR TIME
Do not bother. They tell you to make an appointment, you show up, and 3hrs later you are still sitting in their waiting room with a bunch of sick people coughing with their masks off. You’ll be told you are next and an hour later they bring you in to take you vitals, at which point they will send you back into the waiting room again.
Do not see Lawrence if you can. Hot shot who misdiagnosed me and I am writing this as I get a cast put on for a bone he assured me isn’t broken.
Came in with a bleeding face laceration.2 ladies at front desk sent me right in.Bethany, Cindy and Bryan were so kind, very professional and personable.I normally would have had a lot of anxiety in a situation like this but they all made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this Urgent Care Facility. I usually don’t do reviews but had to this time because of how exceptional they are treating patients.
I was unable to see my own doctor without a PCR test, because it was a sick visit. Those take 2 days, so I went to AFC in West Springfield instead. They did a rapid test, which was negative for covid, then gave me a chest x-ray, prednisone, and a breathing inhalation treatment, along with 3 prescriptions to treat my severe cold symptoms. I interacted with 6 different people, and all were professional, polite, and caring for my situation. The staff is outstanding.
