I walked in for a urine test as required to get a job and I made sure I had to go before I entered the facility. I waited and waited and waited until I could not hold it any longer. The place closes early because I tried last Friday at 3:30 and they were already closed. I have noticed the foreign workers and other ladies have been pushing people away to reschedule. This happened twice while was there sitting there. They don’t have any more appointments for today at 2:42 One worker walked out for lunch when I needed to go take the test and I explained what was happening as I needed to go. People waiting on faxes… I’m still waiting.. Lady just walked up asked for faxed info … the paper was sitting there… Just told Man waiting time is 2 hours.. He is shocked.. OMG .. Is this FastMed? Not and I apologize for the reference but I do not go to the Doctor much. Been here since 1 and it’s 2:48 still waiting… note.. my white buddy rode with me.. he went first done in 30 minutes.. 1Dr. 1- PA one patient per hour. I finally was called back and completed by 3:05. I don’t think it was a racial issue, but I think they need to hire more staff.By John K. She took the time and did not rush through the appointment. This was one of the best Urgent Care visits I have ever had. The other staff I encountered were great to. The receptionist, April who checked me in was very professional and polite. The facility was very clean, and you could see April wiping down things like pens and Ipads, counters consistently. The PAs assistant was very compassionate and had a great personality. Overall 10/10 with my experience. There is absolutely no compassion for the patient.
The African American physician and the bi-lingual front desk person are the exception to this – they were very compassionate and kind, and took time to explain without frustration. Please hire more people like them.
The physicians are overwhelmed and there is only one on schedule at a time. Regardless of making an appointment, you will still need to wait 3+ hours to be seen.

There was only one doctor, so I knew that my wait, once inside the room, would be long as well, I left. The front receptionist is always friendly and professional. I never have to wait too long to be called back nor seen by the doctor. If you do an appointment online and fill out all your information as well, it is super easy and fast when you get there. Just had to pay my copay and that is it. Customer service was great! Staff and PA were extremely kind, but the wait time took forever, despite of an online appointment prior to my visit. The total wait time in the lobby was 2 hours and the total wait time in the room was about 50 mins. Cleanliness was a 3/5. Would not recommend if you need “urgent care”. However, they do get the job done
I visited with my sick daughter. It was easy to set up a visit online. The whole lobby was full but the staff did a great job and worked very efficiently. Very happy with our visit at this Fast Med. Easily made an appointment online. Lady at the check-in was very welcoming, explained everything in clear detail and had us checked in in no time. The nurse was equally as nice. We had the pleasure to see Mobeen Zohra, PA and she was amazing. From check-in to check-out an overall great and very efficient experience.
The staff nurses and doctors were very efficient. They were also courteous, polite, and showed compassion. I didn’t feel like they rushed and took the time to listen to me. The wait times were minimal and overall I felt the experience was pleasant, considering I was going to the doctor.
Went in today for a quick service and I was impressed how quickly I was seen. The male receptionist was courteous and efficient. In terms of paperwork, I filled out a brief form and completed some quick information on their tablet. I observed that the receptionist made sure that all customers/patients adhered to the mask policy in a kind and respectful manner.
When I went back to be seen, I was treated with respect and was in and out. In terms of appearance, I noticed that the lobby was not packed, and that the seating arrangement of the chairs were spread out. In addition to the front desk, I noticed there were bottles of hand sanitizer on tables throughout the lobby! (YES!)
I went early in the morning, so I was able to find parking fairly easily, but I would like to mention that this clinic is in a shopping center with a Starbucks and other businesses. Overall, great experience!
