Clean waiting room. Offers monthly membership program for continued visits at a lower price. Was there for a total of 3 hours, saw a physician, or nurse practioner for less than 10 minutes. Sign outside states short staffed – so be prepared to wait!By Chad (7 months ago)We used to love this clinic but the last 3x we have been there we’ve been turned away bc they stopped taking people 2 1/2 hours before closing. I could understand if there was a lot of people waiting or in the back but all 3x not a car or person insight. And don’t even get me started on the attitude that comes out when I ask why they’re closing early. The owner of these clinics need to start paying attention to what time their clinics are closing up, not to mention all the money that they could be making in those hours. Ridiculous

My complaint is that I put that I have flu like symptoms so they said ok we are going to swab you for the flu ok cool. I get swabbed and they say ok you are negative for the flu but you have covid. One I did not ask for a covid test. I have that at home. I am a CNA and know how to do that on my own. Second they are trying to charge me 300.00 150.00 for the visit and 150.00 for a combo test which I did not ask for and they didn’t even know the prices. I will be contacting the ceo brianne tomorrow. The bbb and the Mississippi bored of health and if that doesn’t fix things I’ll make a police report and get a lawyer.By Anna Loflin (2 months ago)Went in on Saturday saw a man was diagnosed with COVID and basically told to deal with it and prescribed nothing was not better by Monday and called back asking for something to be called in and was told I would have to come back and be seen again to get something. What a joke. They only tested me no no check no temperature check nothing. Excellent *** I was in town for a few days and started coughing a lot at night. I walked into the clinic and was called back, seen and out the door to get medication filled within 45 minutes. Great urgent care clinic. Everyone was extremely nice and caring. If needed this is the only urgent care clinic I will ever go to when visiting back in this area. Highly recommend. Thank you! I was in the area and stopped by a few days ago to take my youngest daughter, who had strep. They quickly got her in, diagnosed her, sent an email with secured diagnosis information, and provided me a folder with information for that visit. I love this place so much, I drove 30 minutes away from home today to take my oldest daughter, who isn’t feeling well. Also I want to give a special Thank you to Dr Jessie Lindsey. She was amazing. I went today to have a ingrown toe nail removed. She was able to get it out an kept me comfortable throughout the process. I nearly passed out due to the pain but she jumped into action an got me ice water an a pillow an laid me down. She truly was awesome. Thank you so much for helping me and getting that toe nail out. I’m so glad I’ll have relief. You are a FIVE STAR doctor. Much appreciated. The nurse tech was so helpful and patient with me along with the provider who even helped me get better offers on my prescriptions. Great Urgent Care facility. Was attended to in an appropriate time frame, easy check in with the way its set up for your mobile phone. Staff were polite, attentive and very knowledgeable. MS. LACONDA is one of the absolute best medical personnel I can remember being seen by!! She listened intently to why we were there and had immediate and definitive solutions to our issues. She took the time to fully explain everything and was sure we had no more questions or concerns before ending the visit. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone. I have never had to use an Urgent Care, my experience at Fast Pace Health was exceptional. The Nurse Practitioner was experienced, informative, had an awesome bedside manner, and professional. I received the best treatment plan for my diagnosis. I would definitely return for care. Thank you!
First time seeking medical assistance at this facility. My experience was an awesome – one, the staff was very friendly and kind. Each staff member that you spoke with took their time to address you. You felt like a person being treated and not a number. Yes, you had to wait but as a veteran I’m use to that. Two-However, while waiting I was able to leave and go to nearby store to get items (Kleenex, juice etc.) They will keep your allotted time spot and if you are still out facility/clinic
when it’s getting close to your appointment they will give you a call. I left for 20 minutes ( which the receptionist Anastasia -informed would it be that long before I was called. Anastasia also processed my veteran claim and got reference number to be treated in a very timely manner)
and when I got back I was the next patient called. Nurse Alexis was took me in back answered my questioned and took my vitals and my health concerns. NP Melinda came in check me informed me of my illness and provide me with instructions and over the counter medication and vitamins. Three- Best experience I had in a outside facility outside of the VA. I would use this facility/clinic again and recommended it to others.
I read several review before making my appointment and I have to admit, I was a bit concerned. However, my visit went extremely well. I was seen within 20 minutes of my appointment time. The receptionist was friendly and professional as was the multi skilled tech who took my vitals. The nurse practitioner helped me understand my medical concerns. All-in-all, I would certainly recommend anyone with a non-emergency health issue to go to them.
