Most of the staff here are great. Most are knowledgeable, attentive, caring and super helpful. Even though I’m dealing with cancer and just had surgery, my overnight stay was uplifting.
My only problems were with 2 staff members. A respiratory staff member didn’t feel like contacting my doc for a nebulizer, instead of an inhaler. And one of the kitchen staff assumed I was allergic to bananas since I have a reaction to latex. This kept me from a proper fruit parfait, lol. Eventually, those issues were worked out, so no hard feelings.
Oh! And the hospital could use a parking garage. My friend wasted a bit of gas driving around until a space opened up.
By Beki Dodd (in the last week)Starved!! I was in the Hospital for 5 day this Oct 2022, for a severe infection of my feeding tube stoma site. Yes, They were able to help my infection. But for those 5 days not once did they have me hook up to a feeding tube for nutrition, so I literally starved for 5 days, yes food services came around but if I could eat properly I wouldn’t need my feeding tube. 1 of those days they had me NPO because I was going to have my feeding tube replaced under Anastasia which when the time came it did not happen. I had two scary low blood sugar events while there and still never hooked me up to any feeding formula, I did get some xtra juice. The Dr saw me just as fast as he walked in and out., and him knowing my past health issues and reasoning for my feeding tube never once said anything about my dietary needs.By Teresa A (2 months ago)I’ve been here at the ER since 1pm today (Oct 10th, 2022) it is now 6:30pm and I’m still waiting to see a dr about a possible blockage. You took my blood at 2pm and I just gave a urine sample 10 mins ago because we had to go up and ASK for a cup! I’ve got kidney stones and besides the tiny sample of urine have not been able to void my bladder completely since 5:30 this morning!My bladder ruptures or I go septic…yall getting sued!

The waitress are absolutely disgusting at over two and half hours. The staff is very unorganized and rude. This is seriously disgusting to be party to when a loved one needs medical care. My nurse was absolutely wonderful, very friendly, and welcoming. Once I saw a provider, I think they diagnosed me properly and quickly got me medication to feel better; however, the wait was extremely long. The tv said 92 minute wait at the longest point, so I knew I was in for a sit, but I sat in the waiting room for 2.5 hours, then was pulled back to the exam room and waited another 1.5 hours after visiting with the nurse and getting vitals taken. I understand they were busy, and that goes with visiting a walk-in clinic, but at least advertise an accurate wait time so I knew what I was getting in for. I could also hear patient information being discussed at the front desk. Patient names, birth dates, and dates of appointments were being openly discussed. They were busy that morning and thought coming later would save a 3 hour wait. I showed up at 6 pm and they said they were not taking any patients. Dr. Nicole is amazing! I was worried about some X-ray results and she kept me calm the entire time. She really took the time to ask about all my symptoms and I never felt rushed. She also referred me to a primary doctor and went out of her way to help me. I highly recommend her! She is the best! All of the staff and nurses were very nice and caring too!
My daughter needed stitches after a pumpkin carving mishap. Best Med provided excellent and efficient care. Their professionalism and caring demeanor put myself and child at ease. The facility was clean and service was prompt. I would highly recommend this clinic and will utilize them in the future should the need arise.
Positive visit all around. Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. The triage nurse was thorough yet made me feel relaxed and comfortable. And the APN Provider, he was excellent as well. I was in and out in less then an hour. I would have given 5 stars but I wasn’t able to check in online like their website claimed. Everything else, 5 star.
Great Service and Friendly Staff! I’ve been here about 3 or 4 times since they’ve been open and I haven’t had one bad experience. The staff is always friendly and caring; the service is prompt and easy to register on as well. The waiting room has not ever been full during my visits due to their online wait-list that helps keep patients waiting at home or their cars until their ready-time. I have and will continue to recommend this facility over any other Urgent Care Clinic in town.
My boyfriend needed to see a dentist but it was a Sunday, we were debating on going to the emergency room but instead found out that urgent care was open ( walk in welcome) the staff was absolutely amazing quick service and a friendly farewell. Highly highly recommend going to this place! Our experience was so much easier then going to the emergency room! Thank you so much!!! Dr sierra bignell was amazing!!
