I was able to complete all of the paperwork prior to the appoint. It was easy to upload insurance information and identify information. This made check in so easy. The clinic contacted me regarding heading to the office. There was very little wait time between arrival and being seen. The medical staff were professional and knowledgeable. Although I did have to wait a while once I arrived, I noticed that each patient was greeted when they came in, and then told goodbye as they were leaving. Really nice place, very clean, staff personable and competent. I had an acute issue on a holiday weekend and was able to schedule an appointment in the middle of the night for the next morning. The visit and treatment was about $120 but they accepted Medicare (many urgent cares don’t) so it cost me very little. Highly recommend.
Quick online check-in and same day appointments. We were able to get tested for COVID, flu and strep and get results about 15min later. Waiting room was clean and tidy. Didn’t have to wait too long for a Saturday morning.
took my little one in and he was treated with phenomenal professional care. miss Fatima was such a sweetheart and very patient. Mike (the nurse practitioner) was thorough and over all great! i appreciate the professional attention and care my son received. he’s all better now 🙂 i will definitely go back! thank you city doc staff.
I found the CityDoc staff to be very amicable and professional. The service was quick and the medical advice was succinct. The lady’s know what’s they are doing. Very nice and quick and straight to the point. Went in for a sore throat and got 2 shots and in and out within 35 mins. I would recommend going here next time.
