The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Check in was smooth and no problems. The wait time was very long but that was to be expected given the holiday and everything was closed but they never once lied about it and was very apologetic, but once you were seen everyone was great from the front desk clerk to the doctor. I really appreciated them. Even after calling and asking them to change where my prescriptions were called in, because my regular pharmacy was closed due to weather, they had no problem with it and called me back to let me know it was done.I felt so much better by that evening and I want all of them to know how much I appreciate their honesty and help that day when I really felt so bad. When I arrived into a cubicle the nurse was very reassuring and told me the doctor was the best. When he came in, he was smiling and calm. He assured me my health care need would be met. He explained how the medicine would work and if for some reason it did no work for my issue, he told me to come back for new treatment. Everyone was courteous to me when I left. Dr. Barrett was great and took his time listening to my concerns. Next day I had to bring my third child. Stephanie was working again and though she obviously had worked 2 long shifts back to back she was nothing but patient and kind. This time Dr. Gregorio examined my child. He was great. The receptionist who checked me in was also quite helpful. She observed that I was not doing well and took the initiative to input all of my check in information. We just moved to the area and don’t have a family doctor yet. We have visited both the Decatur and Madison locations and both are great. Making an appointment online is easy and makes the wait time at the clinic minimal. Staff was very friendly. The best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.
This was our first visit here. And my son’s first visit to an urgent care. The wait time was relatively short. The doctor and staff were excellent. The doctor was extremely compassionate and very sweet. I HIGHLY recommend them
Absolutely AMAZING service!!! I was in and out quickly, and was even able to fit my tractor in the parking lot, which is a big deal being a truck driver. Would highly recommend!!!
Nurse & Doctors Have always been excellent to me & my daughter as well as others I’ve sent to them. I feel thank for them. Front desk still needs work with the attitude towards patients & over the phone conversations. I was not well & low on energy from it & was one in particular was not very kind & I ask them in a nice way to be kind. Thankfully they responded okay about it. I won’t go into details about it all just be sure to be nice. It usually has a good response & be a bit thick skinned. Just saying.
