Staff was very nice, greeted me when I arrived. Gave consis instructions in a friendly manner, very professional. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Swami was the best. Gave me all the information I needed and had other suggestion that I did not think of. Great bedside manner with patients. The online check in leaves something to improve upon I was literally #1 on the board the my name disappeared then three people walked in before I finally expressed my concerns..no explanation.. At times the front desk staff can be a little vindictive when you ask about why it’s taking so long and no one is in the waiting area. Another instance I was told I couldn’t be seen because I owed a balance when I didn’t. I was taken to the back 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled arrival time. After getting my vitals I was taken to another room where I waited for over an hour. I opened the door to make sure I wasn’t forgotten about and they said I had to close door and completely ignored my question as to how long it would take for me to be seen. I ended up leaving. I waited for 3-4 hours to be seen. They did not prescribe me anything for pain and also gave me someone else’s paperwork upon leaving. I didn’t realize it until I gave it to my employer. They shouldn’t accept walk-ins knowing you are already hours behind schedule.
There was no appointment needed but the place was extremely packed with no room to sit and fill out paperwork. I asked the front desk staff do they have a courtesy wait in your car policy. She responded we will call you. Luckily I returned to you the restroom after an hour and my nana was being called. I’m sure if they incorporate a wait in your car policy out would work better for this over crowded area. The service once being called back was very quick and friendly. I suggest the front desk being more friendlier and patient with the customers.
The nurse that brought me back was amazing!!! Young African American woman. So bubbly and sweet. The wait time was 3 hours, and all the women at the counter were very rude and nasty. 5 stars for the nurse, 1 star for everyone else.
This is the best Concentra I’ve ever been to. Was met with smiles as soon as I walked in. Everyone is very professional. I was given notice there was going to be a long wait and was given an estimated time frame. I appreciate that. It’s never fun to be delayed but it’s nice to decide to stay or come another time. Thank you for respecting my time. The wait wasn’t as long as expected and the waiting area was comfortable enough. I was there for an employee screening and every person interacted with was pleasant. We had a lot of tasks, they communicated with me what is going on and what’s next. It was actually kind of fun. Well done to everyone here. I would come here again without hesitation.
I think they said Thursdays were the busiest days if you want to avoid a long wait, don’t go Thursday.
I was checked in very quickly by a staff that was friendly and kind. It was fairly crowded but my wait wasn’t very long at all. I was called in and the nurse was also friendly and very efficient. The doctor the examined me. She was humorous yet sensitive to my issues. I was made to feel quite comfortable.
