This place can get kind of backed up and it’s very busy. they move people thru their like crazy. The staff is friendly and helpfully. The place is clean and well keep, and doesn’t smell like a hospital or nursing home . Probably the nicest urgent care I have ever used. The sight of my own blood instantly triggers a mechanism of some kind that turns me into a fainting-goat. Terrible and also embarrassing. My work sent me to this clinic and I went in with zero expectations and knowing it was going to be a terrible day regardless. I was wrong. What an extremely friendly, positive staff at this clinic. The vibe and energy was light and the staff were all smiles the whole time I was there. The ladies at the front desk joked with me and gave me a couple granola bars (I’m such a baby with this stuff). Then Brandon, the nurse who took me back for my titers and shots, was literally the nicest, most understanding, and caring nurse I’ve ever had…literally at any clinic, anywhere. Ya’ll were super busy the day I was in, the waiting room was full, and that worried me at first with it being a walk-in clinic. Brandon called me back the second my paperwork was done, I didn’t have to wait even for one minute. Crazy. Brandon, thanks working with me and not rushing to get me in and out once I was back there. I explained how I pass out when I see my own blood and he said “luckily, I am the only one who actually needs to see the blood” and showed me how to lay on my stomach on the bed and turn my chin to the wall so I wouldn’t see it, gave me an ice pad to help with the hot flashes I get when I’m having blood drawn. He even changed the needle last minute so it’d be easier to draw from my arm at the weird angle it was at with my face to the wall. He sat and asked me questions, joked around, and kept me distracted. I didn’t pass out. This time, unlike the past two times, I didn’t have to spend an hour in an exam room with the lights off to recover before driving home. I can’t believe I am saying this, but I had a great experience having my blood drawn here. Thanks to the entire staff. My first time ever going to an urgent care for anything was not bad at all. I felt bad because we got there at 7:30 and they close at 8 😢. We were in and out. The receptionist in the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Allison came in to talk to us and she was absolutely amazing. I recommend this urgent care to anyone and I will be going here from now on. I rate them a 10 ⭐. Keep up the great work Ladies!!!
I never leave reviews, but this visit was too exceptional not to. All staff were personable, efficient, clear, and professional. I felt heard and respected, all while appreciating a bit of kind humor. Ken and Art are a great duo, from the patient perspective. Thank you both so much for keeping things simple but also highly effective. Assuming everyone at this location are like the two of you, this will be my go to Urgent Care from now on. We were in town to visit family, and my son woke up with an extremely sore throat. We were able to get in very quickly and the front desk was very accommodating with getting us into their system considering we are from out of town. Physicians assistant was awesome as well – quick diagnosis and quick referral for medication. Would recommend to anyone.
Dr.Freeland and all other staff were so caring, sweet, fast and awesome to have as providers.
they made me feel so welcomed, and all treated me very well. They were super fast, and straight to the point. Dr.Freeland is so funny and so caring and just wants to make sure all of his patients feel better. Amazing, the whole staff is amazing and really good at what they do. Not just that they are kind and compassionate. Best urgent care I’ve ever been too. Also when I went in for my visit there was 6 people in the waiting room before me and I still got in a room in less than 30 min.
