The lady at the desk was very friendly and made my visit amazing. From the minute I walked in she was very funny and comforting
I was out of town and had to get a physical for a new job. I was in and out within an hour. She kept everything moving smoothly. She answered phones, filed, put information in the computer and greeted patients. Very busy office but she held it all down. Whatever Exec signs off on staff levels though, needs to approve//hire more folks.Those ladies were working hard. One had to leave to go to another short staffed clinic which added more workload to that already short staff. Everyone was kicking butt. No one was complaining or in a bad mood.
But I’m nosy and observant.
Invest in your people instead of squeezing them for every last productivity hour. You’ll find a happier staff, with less turnover, who go above and beyond because they are happy to work there.
Even machinery says to run at only 60% capacity or risk catastrophic failure during a critical point.
And I know things are tough, but look at giving them a hefty raise. Inflation is what…8-9%? Most raise structures only cover a 3% cost of living basis and we are well beyond that now.
Not for nothing.

Everybody here is always very friendly and nice. As long as you’re able to call in early on their busy days it’s easy for them to work you in and get you taken care of quickly. I’ve been here twice now and both times have been very pleasant experiences. The doctors, nurses, and/or PAs are all very knowledgeable and want the best care for you. Would recommend!
My daughter got sick on Saturday and of course they were busy. I love the fact I was able to register online and they were able to call and set a time for us to come in. Got there at 12:45pm and out of there before 2:00pm. Dr. Savage was wonderful and so was the staff!! Thank you!! Recommended to others.
Just a Great Visit! Accommodating hrs on the wknd and open before other Urgent Care establishments locally. Receptionist was professional, prompt, & friendly. I checked in within a minute and was seen in 5 minutes. The tech was great, answered all questions and listened. What a pleasant experience!!! Thought I might have an ear infection so wanted to get checked out. Web-based check-in is great and let me know when to head to the CareNow site. Walked in and the person at the reception desk was so friendly. Waited perhaps 5 minutes before getting called back by Amber to get vitals checked. The PA then checked me out (another very pleasant person) and prescribed an antibiotic.
In and out and very pleased with the experience which took about 30 minutes from walk in to walk out!
This is my new favorite urgent care! I had an incredible experience here. They got me in quickly, the nurse was so kind, and the PA was incredible! They ran my tests quickly and I was out of there 45 min after I walked in (including my 15 minute wait time for my strep test). They sent my prescription to the pharmacy and it was ready by the time I arrived 20 minutes later. Nothing but good things to say!
