I went here last night and had the worst migraine I have ever had in my life. I was told there is nothing they can do and to go to the ER. I was in so much pain and they didnt run a scan or anything. I am on medicaid and I want to remind this place that just because I am on medicaid doesn’t mean I’m drug seeking, To the new doctor there. I’ve never had a bad experience at this one, usually there really nice. But the younger man doctor, I’m filing a grievance because that was ridiculousBy Heather Nelson (4 months ago)Mysoginistic doctors.
Wife went in with cold symptoms and a sore throat that persisted for several days, and she asked for a strep test. Dr took swabs and we’ve been waiting. When they called with results, we were shocked because they DID NOT screen for strep, but screened for STIs, which was NOT requested! Absolutely useless!By Jeremy (5 months ago)My wife and I were coming to this urgent care facility on 12-11-22. It was 8:45am During their business hours and they locked their doors and put a sign up saying they were closed. We drove around the side and saw the person at the desk, so we called and they put it to voice mail.
This is very unprofessional for a health care facility to close their doors and not treat anyone because they don’t feel like it. The employees parking area had 4 cars in it so we know there were more the just the person at the desk. Still the phone should have been answered if they were there, and we saw them there.By Todd Stewart (2 months ago)Sister went here after having horrible flu-like symptoms w/ fever. Dr asked her what her temperature was. She said she didn’t know bc she didn’t have thermometer but had all fever symptoms. (Does the dr not have his own thermometer???). Anyway, the dr doesn’t care enough to take her temp and sends her home with no help. Dr even went as far as to put “no fever” in dr visit notes. My sister gets home, gets a thermometer, and her temp is 103. Next day she ended up so sick that she had to go to the hospital. Turns out she has a kidney infection. So sick and tired of drs not wanting to do their jobs and dismissing patient’s symptoms. Do better.By Allison Dunlop (2 months ago)The short and bald male nurse was so rude during my visit. He made me feel very uncomfortable and anxious behind closed doors. UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT at its best! The board needs to review this individual and should not be in medical field!!By A Miller (2 months ago)

I recently had to go to Ft Jesse Prompt Care…From the time I walked in to the time I left, I was treated very kindly and professionally! From the receptionist to the triage nurse to the Dr! I think Dr name was Michelle Steele and she was very attentive and answered every concern! Keep up the good work!!By Tonya Wells (5 months ago)I’ve been to this location too many times without one good thing to say about them and today was no different. Rude nurse, rude doctor, unbelievable wait times. I went for a covid test. Waited an hour for the doctor so upon hearing a social party going on at the nurses station with the doctor and nurses, I came out of the exam room to find out why I’m waiting so long. The rude nurse, who also took my vitals, said I’ll just have to wait. The doc, sitting at his computer doing nothing but having party talk with the nurses told me he’s busy. I was the only patient left in the building according to the front desk person. I left but the doc chased me down to tell me I have covid so I can’t leave. I told him, “F U” and left. I’m hereby changing all of my osf doctors for Carle docs from now on.By carlie davis (4 months ago)I waited close to 2 hours at a walk-in clinic because people with appointments kept showing up. I came in assuming I had RSV (as both my neice and nephew were hospitalized with it) but was told they wont test adults, I was given a strep test (negative), and told I just need to suffer through my viral cold with non-perscription medication.
On the bright side the buillding was clean and the staff was friendly, something I havent seen at other prompt care facilities.
By Duncan G (3 months ago)I am so displeased with this location. I was experiencing a list of severe physical symptoms, my pcp referred me to prompt care ASAP due to the schedule being full. I kindly asked my nurse before heading there, what could prompt care help. She replied and implied that they could do XY & Z to lessen the discomfort. Well, I came to find out really quick she was wrong. This location basically dismissed my symptoms and said “vitals looked fine” so I should be okay and if I was really suffering to go to the ER. She was very dismissive and was only listening to respond and not understand. I had, had a tough morning and afternoon on the phone with nurses to figure out what is best and to be encouraged to go there to then just get turned away without care was very discouraging. I’ve called the office manager to discuss this, I have not been called back. Highly do not recommend this location if you are in a lot of discomfort or pain. The next morning I went to my actual office to get the real help I need from people who genuinely care to help. 10/10 do not recommend this location.By ariel hamer (12 months ago)I visited to get tested for Covid and the staff was phenomenal. The nurse who took my vitals was super friendly and the doctor was really personable. The doctor listened to my concerns of me not being able to breathe and he prescribed me an inhaler, which helped a lot. This is definitely my OSF of choice here in town.By Destini A. (8 months ago)

Dr. Naseer is amazing! He saw my very croupy 14 month old this morning and was so kind and gentle with her, he even managed to get a few smiles from her! He explained the treatments to me in great detail and made me feel very comfortable. His office is beautiful and very well maintained, and his receptionist is absolutely lovely as well!
Online scheduling for a day-of appointment was so easy! I was seen quickly, didn’t have any wait or even need to take a seat in the waiting room, and my concerns were addressed. I needed a covid test to return to work, even though I didn’t have symptoms that warranted a test, and they were happy to provide me with one as well. The doctor also gave me a book he wrote to take home to my curious six year old! Over all I am very pleased with the experience I had at the clinic.
I went to My Care today since I have been feeling very sick for the past 5 days. Everyone there is amazing and the doctor was extremely helpful. He didn’t rush me at all and explained all my symptoms. I went to two other doctor offices this week and none of them prescribed me any sort of medication to get better just told me it was a virus. The doctor at My Care prescribed me medication and explained what sickness I have. I highly recommend going here! Amazing amazing amazing!!!
This is THE BEST walk-in clinic I’ve ever been to! I was in and out within 25 minutes. Dr. Naseer has a great sense of humor unlike some doctors. I was promptly diagnosed. His staff are very curteous and caring. The office is very clean. My husband also had a great experience at this clinic. We highly recommend My Care Express Care!
Scratched my eye and got the wrong medicine from Teladoc because the doctor didn’t listen to me, so I needed to see another doctor. My wife found MyCare online and was able to get an appointment only twenty minutes later. When we got there, the receptionist was friendly, efficient, and polite. We were taken back almost immediately to get vitals and health information from another personable worker, then taken next door to wait for the doctor. We only had to wait a few minutes before the nurse practitioner, Sarah, joined us. She was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient, as well. She checked out my eye quickly, had my prescription in to my pharmacy and us out the door in less than ten minutes. I highly recommend MyCare!
