I am so happy with my experience here I went in with a migraine and cold symptoms, they got me back so quickly. They brought me in the room and tested me quickly, while waiting for the results my nurse crystal set the bed up comfortably for me and turned the lights off gave me some water. The nurse practitioner examined me while I was laying back so I could be comfortable and treated me so well. They did not needlessly prescribe antibiotics like a lot of places want to do claiming “sinus infection” when it’s just a virus. Which is a huge plus for me as I do not like taking any medication unless it’s absolutely necessary. I will only ever go back to this facility when I need to. They are exceptional!! The whole staff the facility is nice and clean. I absolutely recommend them!!By Hanna Gore (6 months ago)The front staff was helpful and very upfront about wait times, which was long. They were great. The nurse that worked with my son was kind and very easy to talk to and understand. The doctor came in and was also kind and quickly let me know the course of treatment and handled my questions as well.By Melinda Rider (4 months ago)I’m disabled and went to urgent care with another disabled person. Getting in, moving around and leaving the building were adequate for the disabled. The staff were courteous and handled our paperwork reasonably well. My friend is having a procedure done and the hospital wants Covid-19’s test less than 1week old of all patients and their caregiver guests. The nurse practitioner did the test and gave us the results approximately 45 min later.
In my opinion the staff could use ER experience from a hospital to create a since of urgency about the profession they are perusing.By Timothy Welty (2 weeks ago)So this was my first time going to AFC and I must say that the staff there is very pleasant, Helpful, and understanding I had a couple issues that came up that wasn’t pertaining to the company but yet they still understood and I was able to complete my main goal with them before time was over. The ladies in the front we’re very welcoming and polite and made me feel like everything was going To be OK. The lady that assisted me in the back was also very welcoming polite and understanding of my situation. I was seen very fast. The staff, the nurses, and doctor were all efficient, courteous and caring. They performed the necessary tests quickly. They started treatment very quickly. I started feeling better shortly after treatment began. I feel like I was feeling better long before I would have even been seen at one of the other hospitals. They got her right in a room. They were very attentive. After X-rays that showed a break, they got her in a temporary cast. I am so thankful to have had great care in our time of need. This is the most efficient, well run urgent care we have ever been to! Heather and her crew got us in and out after my son sprained his hand! The decor is great too! We even got a balloon when we left!!!
From check-in to the patient room, the staff was very pleasant, professional and attentive to my needs. I was released within 35 min of my arrival after my X-rays were reviewed and a follow-up determined. I recommend Eastex Urgent Care to anyone seeking empathetic & excellent care.🥰
First Visit: Very friendly & helpful staff! Awesome with kids which was a huge relief as the visit was for my 3 year old. Although he was irritable the entire time they were very patient with him. Bonus: The balloons & lollipops at the end of our visit were a sweet touch & won him over.
