Made an appointment 40 minutes beforehand for a sprained/swollen ankle. The staff was polite and courteous to my needs. Saw me quickly and efficiently. They listen to me at PP & realize that in order to proficiently use their medical expertise, they should first listen to the INDIVIDUAL that’s experiencing the ailment. I’m so very appreciative to them. They don’t make me feel like an item on a conveyor belt or like I’m an incompetent that doesn’t know her own symptoms and body. I went there about 2 days ago to take a test. My experience was amazing from the moment I walked in the door until the time I exited. I loved the fact that my check-in was done on my phone. Everyone was courtesy and I was seen promptly.
It was very easy to book an appointment, and the wait time was reasonable. I was very happy with the level of care I received! The staff was friendly and attentive and the provider listened to me and answered my questions thoroughly.
Cody Favaro is hands down the BEST healthcare provider I have ever met in my entire life!
He truly listens and cares about his patients. I have seen multiple providers for the same reoccurring problem and it wasn’t until I saw Cody that I finally felt like there was hope in getting better.
He listened to all of my symptoms and was able to accurately diagnose me and he took the time to educate me on the steps to getting well again. He is professional and courteous and I cannot recommend him enough!!!

Wonderful staff. They seemed very busy but was still seen in a very reasonable time. The doctor was polite and wonderful. The lady who actually worked on my ear was amazing. I think her name was Amber. She had a little green in her hair…so if you get her…you are in good hands.
