The girl at the front desk was super friendly, extremely sweet and very helpful on how to fill out my paperwork. The technician who was to conduct my appointment was extremely quick in coming out (I waited less than 10 minutes), and was also very friendly and professional. It was by far my most pleasant experience at any walk in I’ve ever been to. My only complaint is the wait time. That being said, I was told it would be a long wait due to staffing issues, so I expected the wait and it wasn’t that bad. Once I was called in, it was fairly quick.
I was required to do a urine drug test for new employment and discovered that they can have your results right away here. I waited about 15 minutes and while waiting I filled out papers. When I got in it was quick and easy. When I had questions they would answer and made sure I understood. I arrived at Concentra, and was surprised with the ease check in process. In addition the lady at the front desk was very friendly. My name was called shortly after. I was politely greeted , given accurate directions and only waited briefly before being seen -the intake nurse asked questions and listened ! Likewise with the Doc Jeff – I am very impressed ! And the radiology assistant was polite and knowledgeable and got X-rays done expeditiously. The Convenient MD Urgent Care facility was fabulous! Beautiful building with ample and comfortable waiting area. The staff was personable, welcoming and professional. They handled everything with efficiency and expediency. My medical concern was diagnosed and tested in a timely and considerate manner. Very welcoming, clean bright waiting room. Exam room was clean and
comfortable. Nurse who took vital signs, pleasant, washed hands on entering and exiting room. P.A. was informative, listened to all I had to say. Also did same hand washing! And as exiting young lady said “hope you feel better soon, if you have any issues we are here, have a great day.”
Great experience. The wait was a little long but we were able to go home and wait until they got us in and did so right on time, as they told us. The nurse and provider were amazing with my two year old and took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. The facility was clean and beautiful. It was a great experience for my little one and I. I cannot say enough great things about each person we came in contact with.
This was my first time here and I was very pleased. I appreciated being able to register online and able to wait in my car until going in. I thought they did a great job listening to me, checked everything out and I was able even get my medicine right there. Being older and getting COVID for the first time was scary but the staff helped reassure me and I left feeling better about it. I have told others about Convenient Care and referred my daughter there as well. Thank you! This is a great addition to Walk In Clinics in the Bangor area!
This was the second time I have come here. Both times the staff was VERY friendly, professional, and efficient! The building was super clean and I watched the staff members frequently washing down the waiting area furniture, kitchenette, door handles (outside and inside) and even the hand sanitizer dispensers! I am an RN and I would DEFINITELY bring my children, family, and friends here for Urgent Care needs!!
