Today was my first visit to your urgent Care at St Luke’s hospital. I found the entire staff to be very pleasant, caring and knowledgeable. I feel that I received excellent care. At least I found out what was wrong. I would have liked the nurse, etc. to be a little more forthcoming on what was happening, but the end result was good. I had to request for the doctor to stabilize my ankle before being sent home and was denied a referral back to my orthopedic doctor who I have already seen previously for the issue. I was instead referred to st Luke’s physical therapy with no x-rays or anything other than the physicians assistant looking at my foot. Not pleased with the extent of treatment and I will not be going back. I was able to get back into my orthopedic doctor myself to further examine my foot. Also, the doctor that prescribed the boot that I asked for, is not in the system at Norco so I have to wait another day to stabilize my ankle before I can get my boot because they have to add her information. This should already be done if she is a physician so that people don’t have to wait.By Angela Asay (5 months ago)We don’t ever want to go back here! 4 hour wait for a rapid strep test and less than two minutes with the provider. I can understand these wait times in an ER but definitely not an urgent care. Took my teen in who was complaining of ear pain. The secretary was so kind and compassionate. It was our first time in and the paperwork was quick and easy to fill out.
Dr. Barker was amazing and hilarious! He and the nurse helped my son feel at ease, and treated his sinus infection immediately as the pharmacy’s were all closed.
*Not only did the staff take care of my son’s sickness, they went outside of their regular duties and helped me jump my car after I accidentally left a light on when I was inside their clinic.
Dr. Barker and his team truly care about people and it was evident in the way they treated my family. 10 stars for them! I will definitely be back!

It was a quick and easy process and we were taken right back. Since all the pharmacies were closed (it was a Sunday) the doctor gave us a fix for the pain and still called in a prescription for pick up today (Monday). The doctor was super sweet to my son and explained everything so we both could understand what was going on. I got there around 8:15 and we were done at 8:40. These family practitioners are so knowledgeable and helpful.By mercedez alexander (3 months ago)Went here for a special they offered on the internet. Lady was super nice doing the exam. She did a thermal scan and then told me the treatment would be ~$3700, but would have to visit with the doctor and would call me Friday or Monday. It is now Thursday and no word back. In the meantime, I had a visit with my regular doctor and told him my concerns after hearing that I would lose my toes if left untreated. He said not to worry as they still looked good and had hair still on them. So I am not sure if this place is trying to use scare tactics to have you pursue their treatment or what. While attended twice by 2 very handsome PAs and treated with friendly respect I must say ..be sure and follow up with your physician. I was treated twice and received
Double Antibiotics within 5 days . 10 days later my doctor ordered blood tests to determine fluid, bacteria or inflammation . The swelling still exists.
Also, there were 2 tiny scabs in the 6 wk. Incision that turned out to be sutures that needed to be removed .
Excellent place in case you can’t get into your physician.
The receptionist was very polite the only problem I had with the receptionist was I had to repeat three different times my son’s birthday spell his last name which is a common last name and spelled like it sounds (Carter) she seemed like she was not really listening fully. the check-in was quick the doctors and nurses there are very polite and they care they take the time to listen to what you have to say which does not happen in most places. I will definitely recommend this place to some friends and family.
My experience at Physicians Immediate Care Center was top notch! The receptionist was friendly, the nurses and Doc were efficient, listened to my viewpoint, and provided the appropriate remedy. This is one of the best experiences I have had at a Doc in the Box.
Fast, efficient care! These guys are great. I was in and out in 20 minutes. After visiting a different facility the day before and them failing to run any tests, they quickly tested me for influenza & sent me on my way with a prescription. This will be the only quick care I go to in the future!
Very poor billing process. I have never not paid a bill that I have received. I paid an open balance that was due for $11 in December 2022 and everything was paid in full. Today I get home and I have a bill with a charge dated 8/4/2021. Almost a year and a half later. When calling them the first thing that they said is, they sent me three invoices. Absolutely did not happen. They have not billed me for nothing in the past. It takes a year and a half to be billed the poorest billing I’ve ever seen from any establishment. The bill does not even show my co-pay that is paid every time I have seen a physician. I would stay away from this establishment if you don’t want to owe them money a year and a half later or whenever they decide to bill you. Very, very poor business practice.
UPDATE… I was contacted by the Doctor and was reimbursed for the charge. I do want to thank them for making this right by me and making me whole. Thanks
