I couldn’t get in to warren clinic urgent care where I usually go but needed medical attention asap. Ended up at MedWise and was diagnosed with pneumonia. Dr. Holloway was kind and full of empathy. She made sure I was able to get my medications from a 24 hour pharmacy so I could start them right away. Everyone in the office from front staff to medical assistance was great. I’ve never gone to an urgent Care before so this was my first experience at one. The office people were very nice the place was clean and I got in in a timely manner to see the doctor. The doctor I got to see she was a very nice lady to listen to all my problems she checked my stomach out and she got me medicine to help me.
Ms Post was very helpful. I told her my symptoms and she listened. I had been ill 3 weeks after my covid positive test. The medicines she prescribed have almost eliminated my horrible symptoms. Sinus, chest chronic cough. I ended up having a bacterial respiratory infection. Thanks to her I’m almost 100 %. I am so glad I went there.
The staff was nice and the app I used to sign in was easy, but I had to wait for over an hour despite having a scheduled appointment. The doctor was helpful and nice. When leaving, I noticed someone in the waiting room who was coughing and behaving as if they were very sick was not asked to wear a mask while around everyone, which I did not appreciate.
QUICK & PROFESSIONAL!!!! The staff members were very welcoming and informative. The appointment set up was very easy & love that you can see the line wait list from my phone! THANK YOU for being amazing❤️
Check in was very quick with online forms. I had no wait. A nurse took my info, doc came in right away and listened to what I had to say and then did X-rays. Everyone was kind as well as efficient. The whole process went very smooth.
