Clean place most staff are great! Matthew with security great communicator with directions. Victoria with ultra sounds super nice and patient! Only complaint I have is Jenna with registration was rude and not patient while checking me in. Could improve with respect and manners at the front desk. I had never been to this urgent care before as I am new to the area. The staff was GREAT!!! Very considerate, friendly, professional, fast, and courteous. I have never been to a doctors office that was so nice. They took care of me so fast. I was back in the room within 15 minutes of my arrival. The doctor came in right away. He listened really well to what I was telling him. Never made me feel like I didn’t know what was going on with me. We came to a resolution quite fast. I also love the fact that there is a pharmacy connected. It took maybe e 10 minutes to get it faxed over and filled. I will definitely be going back to this place! The website stated opens at 7am.. once you arrive you will learn that the facility does not open until 9am. You will need to call a number to register.. does not matter if you were first to arrive, as I was the only person waiting and 4 others that came in after me were seen. I was on the phone on hold for 36 minutes before I was registered. I waited an additional 30 minutes to be called back. Very disappointing!! The staff is very friendly and attentive once seen hour later.By Angelica Lopez-Hoag (5 months ago)Doctor Glenn Macpherson was quite rude. Every time I have gone in there with any concerns he makes me feel awful for coming in for what I came in for. He also lied to me. I wanted an ultrasound to make sure my pregnancy was on the right track and he said they didn’t have any there. Then I told him I was told otherwise and he switched his story. If he didn’t think I needed an ultrasound he could’ve just said that from the get go. But when he finally told me I didn’t need one this early on, he was extremely rude about it and made me feel so small for even coming in. Every single time I’ve had him he makes me feel stupid and crazy. Which is not something a woman especially wants to feel when they’re pregnant. Never going there again. I’m never one to get upset at someone like I did. Especially strangers. It takes a lot for me to be as upset as I was. Never give him to a patient who has concerns about her pregnancy. He doesn’t quite know what he’s even talking about in that sense from what I was picking up. I got lucky that the wait after check-in was short (less than 20 minutes), and all of the staff was kind and helpful, PA Becky Dacrolis explained everything to me clearly and was very sweet. Bedside manners are indifferent, but my main concern was my experience with Dr. Hays. I had all of the symptoms for a UTI/Kidney Stones, and even being in a consistent relationship for over five years he automatically assumed it was Chlamydia. I wasn’t diagnosed with a UTI or Kidney Stones but instead given a Chlamydia test (which was negative, by the way). Not the kind of proper care I would want for myself or anyone else- and steer CLEAR of Dr. McPherson. Very efficient Urgent Care/walk in clinic; excellent Covid precautions. Easy registration from car. Waited in exam room about 35 (?) minutes, not unreasonable for a walk in clinic. Dr. Springsteen listened, evaluated and came up with care plan efficiently and thoughtfully. All in all an excellent experience and if I need urgent care again I would definitely return here.
Long wait times – but it happens. Was so pleased with everyone – the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice. Keep up the good work! The Nurse Practitioner helped me VERY much (sorry, I can’t remember her name)
Dr. Bone was an amazing provider. Elizabeth was so kind answering the phone. The nurse who assisted me, she was absolute angel. Everyone deserves 5 stars. I have never been treated with so much respect and kindness. Even the lady who checked me out at the end was so kind and compassionate. I may have the flu, but I will never forget how well I was treated by each and everyone of you. Thank you for being KIND HUMANS.
4 stars because every employee is extremly courteous and kind. Seriously everyone is very straightforward and friendly. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because of the ridiculous wait times. I was able to take an hour nap in my car. I waited almost 2 hours until I was finally seen. However, I credit the long wait to them being busy. They are probably busy because they are so kind and upfront. Awesome place to get checked out.
The medical assistant, doctor, and phlebotomist were all phenomenal. Friendly, caring, and intelligent. The Walk In Clinic provided a wonderful experience. One “con” was the long wait time. I checked myself in line at 11:30, and I was not seen until 3. However, it was very convenient to sign in online and see your spot in line. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone!
