Open most of the day (Mon-Sat 7am-6pm). All breads, pastries, etc are made fresh daily and you can have a complementary slice of bread (with butter and/or honey if you choose). Great spot for breakfast, lunch, or just some craving satisfaction 🤣 it does get pretty busy during lunch so I would recommend placing your order ahead of time (either by phone or online) if you are in a hurry as a full panini sandwich combo with soup takes about 15min, but usually no wait for a slice of bread with soup. There also is limited parking and/or seating during lunch rush. The food is all so delicious and the people are very friendly!By Jordana (a year ago)Everything here tastes fresh and packed full of flavor. I had a build your own sandwich with chicken, egg, avocado, tomato and cheddar cheese on Dakota grain bread, and it was literal perfection. Less a sandwich and more a work of art. The chicken and rice soup warmed my bones and made me feel like I was sitting in a cozy cabin after a long day of skiing. They gave me a huge hunk of blueberry lemon bread with butter while I waited for my sandwich, and it was soft and delectable and tasty and made me so very happy. The atmosphere is great, very cozy and cottage-esque. The menu was large but not overwhelming. Plenty of bread options to choose from, and the employees were all so nice and accommodating. 11/10.By David Little (4 months ago)This storefront was very easy to find despite road construction nearby. It was a little confusing to order a sandwich as the board displayed availability, but order forms were to the far right of the main counter. Customer service was inconsistent; poor service to start, but friendly once purchasing and picking up order. I noticed while waiting that staff were inconsistent with offering customers a sample of bread. Good quality for the price point and they packaged my sandwich with care.By Fali F (10 months ago)When items are delicious I usually give 5 stars. However, today they chose to ring up 6 customers and serve bread and other items prior to even starting the latte I ordered. Probably should look at how the process of line order works. Today I’m relaxing and reading in house, however for those who need to hop back in the car to head to work I don’t recommend coffee stopping here just yet.By Amanda Hunter (5 months ago)A great stop for a sandwich, soup, or both. The other goodies in the store are an added bonus. This is bread paradise for us foodies.
I love the store, this was the first time that I had been in this location and found it very nice. The windows had the sun shining in and it felt so wonderful. The bread was even better.
They have a wide variety of sandwiches and soups. We brought a sample baskets with some baked goodies to take to a sick friend, they were feeling much better after eating one of the snickerdoodle cookies.
So if your looking for a wonderful lunch location and haven’t been to Great Harvest in a while try the downtown location, its refreshing and good.

My favorite part of The Pie Safe? The cheese. And the menu is different every time we go. And the food is always delicious. And taking a nice drive. And the fact that this absolute gem is relatively isolated & is thriving. You just can’t go wrong. The Labneh is great. They make the BEST blue cheese. I had the BEST Reuben there one time. Their coffee is very good. You can taste & buy their awesome cheese. Enjoy a nice drive & be rewarded with authentic homemade food.By In My Horrible Opinion (2 weeks ago)Very clean with tables indoors, back room, and outside. Super clean bathrooms. Homemade everything here. Coffee was excellent, they have espresso, pies, pasties, etc. They make their own cheeses here and what a selection. Jams and spreads, breakfast, salads, and candies too. Gift shop items and plenty of parking on the side street.By Dave “Oink” Mason (7 months ago)Wow! What a vibe! Amazing pie (our all time favorite is pecan pie). Lattes were amazing too! (Hazelnut and White Chocolate). We also took a Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich and it was delicious as well.
Perfect location for dates. Very nice touches.By Raveena Chavan (11 months ago)Pie safe bakery been our go to place for last 4 years and happy to share that we never got disappointed. All these years we got same quality food and warmth by friendly staff. Vibe at place is so vibrant and pleasant that it’s ideal for date, friends gathering or get together. Everything on menu is amazing but nothing can beat HUCKLEBERRY SHAKE and Pecan Pie!!!By Nikhil Komawar (7 months ago)Fresh yogurt, cheeses and favorite is labneh…. addicted to it!..fresh cheese pastries , wood fire pizza, ice cream and even barista coffee!..this place is a go-to regular. The folks at Great Harvest are so friendly & professional. They know what they are talking about & make sure you understand the process that goes into making their yummy treats. Free samples. Free smells. Free smiles. Soup is always hot & sandwiches are always made fresh. Win win win!!!
Delicious fresh Gluten-free bread & cookies every Tuesday. The bread was so good warm dipped in butter. it tasted as if I was at outback eating their bread & butter Except Gluten-free. The gluten free cookie tasted of a mix of a oatmeal peanut butter cookie with m&m candies. Talk about heaven in your mouth. I purchased 2 & regret not buying more as today is Wednesday & I’m out already.
.
The Butternut squash soup was AMAZING. I got a quart to try out & I do not regret it; especially with the colder weather outside.
My next mission is to try a sandwich made by them with their Gluten-free bread.
.
I also got my family who can eat wheat some Snickerdoodle cookies & they loved them, said they were soft, moist & tasted just like I make them.
The only place we get bread. Unbeatable quality. The sweets are always good and my fav is their chocolate cake. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
I went there whit my family because I love the food there, I appreciate ppl works there but not to the point they disrespect me and my family because we’re Muslims and we were wearing our hijab, I was there w my money, I saw the way they was serving me and the way they do for others.
At this point I don’t appreciate anything.
The girl was taking my order never smiled to me or even to my 2 year old sister, we waited for our order for so long I went to ask, to me in very mean and she tn that ordered me that it’s not ready even that told her my order 3 different time to the last moment I was very clam and Understandable, until she called someone else to help me, I was not happy I could’ve just called the cops, or done anything, besides that everyone at the place was looking at us like we’re not welcomed in here, that we’re not human like them.
At that moment I wished that I stayed at the war….
And not come to here and see how ppl make me feel like I’m nothing.
I don’t like that it was very bad vibe I was there to have good day, I was just to have good time w my family and they told us that we can’t stay longer because they were closing, even tho that they had so many different Customers there.
To the girl was working there u need to be a little more opened and Educated to different ppl Culture and religion. Be more friendly and smile at ppl face. Show ppl love so they can enjoy the food they paid money for.
like wasn’t even ur money.
Ti the other ppl works there I appreciate u guys be good ppl.
And I will see u again and u will have to respect me. Because I was very respectful and I will tell u to have a good day, since that u never said something nice, I will do it and I hope u learn something dear.
The best chicken salad sammies!
Also, all their sweet treats are delightful. Nothing beats their lemon bars!
