I have been with CVS for about 3-4 months and they have been wonderful. They always have what I need, and send me videos to educate me about my prescriptions. I feel good so far about someone who has my back. They are clean and work hard to achieve greatness.

My medical insurance pays for this S3 OTC items. They refused that, claimed they were not on that plan and they are. United Healthcare said they are and also I applied for a job there, Mark the manager offered me a part time job and I excepted, went through all the information I was to fill out and even orientation and then would not give me a date when to report to work after I asked him twice. I gave CVS all my personal information even bank account information. That was pretty low down and common for CVS to do that to me to con me out of personal information in pretending they were going to give me a job.

I will be switching pharmacies. Although the most convenient, it’s not worth the attitude received from the pharmacy employees, specifically the pharmacy techs. The gentlemen and the older lady (pharmacist) are the nicest ones, the rest need customer service training. Nasty and disgusting as can be !! How is it not closed down ??? Stay away!! A decent CVS location with 💊💉 medicines, over the counter drugs, and flu shots along with decent groceries, 🍿🍪🥨 snacks, and more. You can also find seasonal decorations and gifts here too. They have 💄 makeup, 🧻🪒🪥 toiletries, electronics, school supplies and more. The customer service and staff are very hit or miss, especially in the pharmacy. They do have ♿ handicap accessible parking and restrooms.
Pharmacist deserves a 1 star rating; store staff deserves a 5, so here is my 3 star review. Pharmacist Jason is rude and unreasonable. Katherine in the store was very friendly and kind.
Quick run for some home essentials. Since o had my coupons I knew I would get a lower price than anywhere else. Quick in and out.
I made a mistake of saying no receipt at checkout, cashier said he could not print one! I needed it for my flex spending health account, after contact with store manager she was able to print a copy for me and emailed me to tell me I could pick it up!

Thought I would share since this could help someone out! Even though CVS is a UPS access point, if you have an amazon return order, you unfortunately can not return it in these access points. They will ask you for it to be packaged already with the label. Instead, go to your nearest official UPS store so they can cover everything for you, hope this helps!
