I have been using this CVS for a couple of years. They are always very friendly and helpful. The drive thru is efficient, and friendly. I’m not sure what else a good Pharmacy can do for their customer.By J Walt17 (6 months ago)I will never shop at CVS again. I spent an hour in the store picking out vitamins and head over $150 worth of items in my cart. And every couple of months when I try to use my rewards card by putting my phone number in the computer it suddenly disappears. This has been an ongoing issue for years and it has been rectified numerous times. But after spending an hour in the store today with careful consideration over the items that I was to purchase and told that my buy one get one free and my buy one get 1/2 off Did not apply because my number did not exist in their system. If you don’t like to wait then pay the $120 for a pcr rapid covid test in a MD NOW, people don’t realize that they’re complaining for something free??? Appreciate more the people that are around you, they’re learning just like you that you learned that they make free pcr test!
The pharmacy is great and the staff too, yes you have to wait in line, and if you don’t like that then go to a low volume pharmacy. Every time I go to the pharmacy there’s a show made by costumers with no common sense, the staff explains everything really well and always try to solve your problem! You guys ROCK!!!By Alex Rodriguez (2 months ago)The pharmacy is awful. I had two bad experiences so far. They always letting you know that on Sundays they close at 6pm. Well guess what I was there at 530pm and I went there after spending 5 hours at the ER with my daughter. I got there 30 min before they close and they make it seem that I would not get her medicine. And they told me the lost important prescription was not available and they had to order and i said ok when would avaulable and they say Tuesday and i ask why dont you ordered now and that eay ot might be available monday and they say because is the weekend.The other bad experience I had was that I went there again unfortunately on a Sunday at 530pm and they give me my daughters medince but they charge me I told them that I never paid for her prescription and they told me I need to call the insurance becuase they were closing soon. I called the insurance and the insurance told me they never submitted to them. I went back to get my refund they did but after trying to make me feel bad abt asking for a refund. Another customer was there today and he came inside screaming at the manager and at the pharmacy staff because they close the windows on his face because it was 6pm but he was in line before 6pm but he had to wait his turn. The pharmacist here is bad. I got a question about the medication that I got from them and I called 4 times and each time they make me waited over 30 mins then hand up my line. I called 4 times just to get hand up. So I do not think it were an accident. Bad business. Manager need to look into this. Was told it would take a couple hours to complete insurance info and to come back or just purchase one at 25.00 which I did.once I got home I found one in our house so I went to return it and was told it store policy and I couldn’t return it. I never opened it and it was only a few minutes after I purchased it. What the hell.And now I have my own policy it’s called Walgreens

They ask if we want the prescription for antibiotics sent to the pharmacy there. We say “yes”. When we go to the counter to see how long it will take… they tell us the prescription was sent to a CVS in New Jersey. Say wha now? Then they say we’ll have to wait for the prescription to be transferred back from New Jersey before they can begin to fill it. I’m not sure when CVS pharmacies went to complete hell, but every one i’ve visited in the past few months have been terribly run and mistakes are rampant.By anghus (3 months ago)If you try calling this CVS at night the phone just rings and rings they don’t answer the phone. As a matter of fact I was sitting in the store while the phone rang and there were 7 people in line and the pharmacist was sitting at his chair just reading his computer. Horrible Customer Service Skills. I contacted this location to transfer a prescription to another CVS. They don’t greet the customer with an hello. The young lady answers the phone, saying please hold. What happen to thanking you for calling CVS or Pharmacy can you please hold? Then, I sat on hold for 27 minutes for someone to discontinue the call. This location doesn’t provide good customer service.
Terrible place. Service sucks. Especially Kirsten. Refused to give me the items i had purchased. She cancelled my orders after i had already tried to receive them and then told me to place another order when i havent even received a refund. Just dumb people. Wish i could give zero stars
It’s always at least a 20 minute wait for prescriptions…even if you’ve called them in. Thank God my insurance changed!! The worst pharmacy ever.
Corporate hire more people! Every time I go there is a poor lone soul doing the job of multiple people. I went to pick up a “premium” photo book, and it was supposed to be done by Saturday. I went today Wednesday to pick it up, it wasn’t ready, and it had a bunch of duplicate pages. The line was piling up and the worker which is not at fault obviously had to rush to attend to them.
