My husband had an appointment at CVS and we didn’t realize we were at the wrong one. The PA or Dr came out and asked if we had an appointment and we said yes, she asked for our confirmation and it was at another store. We asked if we could be seen there since we were the only person other than someone who just showed up and the dr said “no we’re full”. Yea full of it, so needless to say do not go to this CVS they’re very disorganized from entering the pharmacy to the people caring for patients. Terrible costumer service.By jase santiago (4 months ago)Went to minute clinic to get ear wax removed. It was mostly fine at the start and one ear got cleaned well. However during the second ear the area that she was cleaning out caused a huge wave os nasuea that caused me to faint. However when I woke up I had a bad head injury because apperantly when I fainted I was left in a place where I could fall instead of moved back and then allowed to fall to hit my head against one of their vaccine storage containers. Was not able to finish my left ear and I’m likely to have a concussion. Would not recommendBy Adam Hamilton (4 months ago)The “minute clinic” is a joke. Should be called the hour clinic for how long you’ll be waiting. Only one care provider was here in site at noon on a Monday. Will not be returning to this awful location.By Andrew (6 months ago)Pharmacy staff are rude. Pharm-D (the Pharmacy manager) named Ka had the worse costumer service and attitude along with her staff. Will never go to this location again.By Lily (4 months ago)Don’t let CVS rob you while thanking you. We need to wake up and realize CVS is part of the problem. Our 11 1/2 yrs old dog, Jersey, started having seizures unexpectedly a few weeks back.
The generic version of Keppra from CVS in White Bear is $500 per month. Because it is a human RX it is more readily available at a regular pharmacy.
Luckily there was a coupon available at the for 80% off the first prescription. I was told the refills will be full price @ $500 per month.
I talked to the vet and let them know CVS must be an extention of the government and providing kickbacks somewhere. The vet helped me source a family pharmacy that sells the same dose for $28.00 per month. So I can help my dog live 18months more for the price of 1 month at CVS. Or I can pay CVS nearly $9,000.00 over the next 18 months.

Horrible service at the pharmacy. I came in at eight to beat the “rush hour” if there is such thing. They had my prescription but had not filled it yet. I asked for it to be filled and was told it was approve but that it would take them at least 45 minutes to fill because they were very busy. There was nobody at the store! I called them out and they lied and said they have other orders to fill with ppl waiting. I pointed at the empty waiting room and she said “well we just open so you will have to wait”. Apparently at this location, they clock in and have tea or coffee for the first 45 minutes of their day before they work. They were literally in the back talking while another employee was just processing orders on another computer. I found it very rude and lack of care to make me wait because they could. I then overheard them talking and making fun of people that come in right when they open. Is that not how it works? People come in when you are open? Adding insult to injury, they even stocked some shelves in the pharmacy area before getting to my prescription. I will be looking for a better pharmacy which is probably any other pharmacy but this one.By Dr. Reynaldo Caban, PhD (5 months ago)This place has horrible customer service . My daughter had made an appointment to get tetanus shot as needed for her school. We showed up the requested 15 mins before and were checked in and sent to wait . About 15-20 mins some rude lady comes from behind the counter and says that they can’t find it and that they were canceling her appointment. I asked her if she could reach out to another store to remedy the situation as this is important to get done for her schooling and get this .. she said she couldn’t because we needed to make an appointment. Kinda like the one we had for her store . She was rude and not interested in helping us resolve the issue at all .. F her and CVS as I’ll will never go back !By john leonard (3 months ago)To upper management, I have tried filling two (2) prescription for the last two weeks, I have been given the run around and been lied to twice in that time period.Pharmacy claimed they had communicated with with my Doctor and received no response. Yesterday morning I spent 30 minutes with my clinic reviewing all transmissions from CVS , they had many calls for prescription refills and authorization for refills but no communication involving my order. I stood there with my Dr. while she called in the prescription and as yet have recieved no confirmation from CVS. This is what happens when you use sub par employees. To all stop using CVS.By lawrence bertz (7 months ago)Sunday at 11 am. rude guy at the Window. Took his time.
Redemption for the Pharmacist !! From 1 Star change to 5!! She and her staff are awesome!!By william B (5 months ago)Do NOT use this CVS as your pharmacy. I’ve had problems with many prescriptions, with them billing my insurance company before I even got a drug (which I didn’t need) and most recently, with them disconnecting TWICE while I was on the line with my insurance provider (who was furious and was going to alert her supervisor, since my provider has a relationship with CVS.) For now, I’m moving to a different CVS store to see if it is better, and my insurance provider is helping me do this. The pharmacy just appears disorganized. I have been very frustrated since transferring my scrips there a few years ago. The store is fine if you need a candy bar or a comb or a box of cheap stuff, but don’t do your scrips there.By Vincent Hyman (a year ago)

That’s it for our list of the best CVS in St. Paul MN! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
i went to get my meds since i had gotten a notification that they were ready to pick up (3 prescriptions) and they told me they only had one. i gave them some slack because i had just switched pharmacy locations and they told me to call my original location. i called them, and they stated that this location had already pulled all three of my prescriptions, so they lied to me. the lady also told me that it was too early to refill, yet my psychiatrist sent them to that location YESTERDAY. i am completely out of my medications, and this is not the first time that it has happened with this location either. the people there don’t know what they are doing and they don’t do their jobs properly, which messes up everything and keeps me from taking the meds i need
The pharmacist was incredibly rude to me. She didn’t have enough to fill the prescription. I offered to get it filled at the Dinkytown location. She insisted she could fill it with what she had, then fill the rest later. Then she kept having difficulty doing the partial on her computer system. But she blamed ME for causing the problem and for the delay. Many times! I will never use this CVS location again.
They told me since I have 2 insurance cards I have to call them before arriving so that they know which card to use. But every time I call them lately, I’m on the phone for 45 mins, the call ends for some reason, and then I have to call again. I’ve spent over 2 hours total trying to call them some days. Sometimes I have to contact them to refill a prescription because it won’t let me refill it online. I’m so tried of having to wait so long to just have a 2 minute conversation with them. The only time when I didn’t have a terrible experience with this pharmacy was when they hired a really good pharmacist, but she left so now it sucks again. And at least when Valerie was there she answered the phone
The hours rarely reflect when the pharmacy is actually open. I have been late to work, late to appointments, and missed doses due to the pharmacy being closed at random times that are not posted. This is clearly an ongoing management issue and it is appalling for a pharmacy to operate this way when people are dependent on the service to receive medications. There is not another CVS within a close distance that I could easily switch to and I assume this an issue for others as well. Absolutely shameful.
Always great and helpful employees for such a busy wild location. ANYWAYS LAST NIGHT DECEMBER 10th , 2022 I accidentally forgot two bags at the front of store and they had very very important things like my hard drive for computer with projects among other things.. really hope someone sees this and saves it for me. I’ll be camping out basically waiting for morning.
EMPLOYEE OPENING OR THAT GRABBED THE BAGS LAST JIGYT PLEASE CALL ME OR SAVE THEM AT THE FRONT IM CRAZY WORRIED THIS WOULD BE AWFUL TO NOT RECOVER. Cell (218-two20-zero179)
