The young lady that was working here was so rude. I could not understand something she said because of the mask so I politely asked her what she said and apparently that was too much for her so she snapped at me that it would be a 20 minute wait. I sat down to wait and when I came back up after waiting she hadn’t even started to fill it. Sadly this person must feel this is acceptable behavior and simple common courtesy isn’t needed at CVS.By Pam LeSeure (a year ago)Amazing staff. Nellie is my favBy Tiffany Lloyd (3 months ago)Best pharmacy ever!👍 Hannah and Amy are wonderful ❤️!By waterfall (2 years ago)I have always had a great experience at cvs the staff has always been great! But they went way beyond for me. When I called I spoke to Ranetta she listened attentively and was very understanding and compassionate. I quit my Doctor and the office manager at the Doctor’s office told me that I had another refill on my sleeping pill but the bottle of said I didn’t she told me to call the pharmacy. So I did there wasn’t any refills. So Ranetta reassured me that she would have her manager call the Doctor’s office and explain the situation. I was so excited when Ranetta texted me a little later and told me I could pick up my prescription. I can’t thank them enough! Such great customer service and so compassionate caring personal. That is so rare these days. Thank you CVS.For having these wonderful employees.By Sue Cairy (9 months ago)Very nice and timely wss with the prescriptionsBy Brittany Schramm (3 years ago)

I forgot to get his name, but the middle aged man at the cashier (he might me a manager), he is always SO kind when I come in. Top notch customer service!!! He’s so sweet and so kind! You would never know anything bad in the world is going on when you see and talk to him. CVS, he’s a keeper! 🙂By A “Saintbenardlover05” (2 months ago)The pharmacy department and it’s manger provided horrible customer service. The pharmacy manager (didn’t believe him) was dismissive when questioned, would not provide answers. Discrimination was encountered with witnesses. I will never use this store and reported to corporateBy Lisa D. Vinson (3 weeks ago)Had everything I needed that day on the shelves after leaving the hospital. Associates where very helpful in answering my questions at that time. My phone was dead and even though they are not suppose to, let me make a call to be picked up. Located by MMC and not far from downtown state buildings.By Lori Wanless (4 months ago)From the store manager to the employees rude disrespectful and unwilling to help with any Amazon store returnBy Eric Anderson (4 months ago)Love this place..I went here for my daughter’s covid vac. amd there was a situation. A person came in and was just nasty and upset..Other issues apparent but the pharmacist and assistant handled it so gracefully, it was a wonderful thing for my daughter to experience,,,not all situations need to result in hate or disorder..There employees were very discreet and appropriate for the situation they were dealt..they deserve to be recognized.By Vicki Deschner (a year ago)

Always friendly, pharmacy can be very busy at times but the staff handles it well. Other employees offered to help and the front cashier greeted me. My only criticism is there coupon machine has been broke for over a month. Some people probably don’t care but to me I always enjoyed getting random coupons. On the upside I don’t shop around anymore I just get what I need.
This is the slowest pharmacy that I’ve ever had. Every time I go to pick up my prescription they tell me that it’s going to be more than 40 minutes and then as soon as I leave the parking lot I got a text message saying that my prescriptions ready so then I have to go back. Can I just tell me how long it will actually take to get my prescription so that I don’t have to leave and come back all the time I live 40 minutes away from this pharmacy.
Like most pharmacies, CVS on North Grand and 9th Streets have always been accurate with my medication refills. I’ve never had to deal with the older male pharmacist who scowls all the time, but the pharmacy assistants are usually smiling and are nice and helpful.
Every time you go to the pharmacy it’s always a long wait it’s like as if they only have two people working. They have a two drive through and you can only pick up from one. They need more employees. You go inside and the wait is even longer this has got to stop. Customer service is ok though nice attitudes. Just seem understaffed and tired.
The CVS on MacArthur is the WORST cvs in Springfield. The staff is rude, they always claim they “can’t find” your prescription when you show up and then magically it appears while you’re waiting, only to then get additional time in their lovely store while you wait on their staff to fill it. Not apologetic, not empathetic, not professional. If you want a good CVS, go to the one inside Schnucks on Chatham Rd. They’re the best out there.
