I came into the pharmacy 3 times to pick up my daughter pain medication. Still had to wait 45 min. When I explained to the employee that I came at 1:30 and again it’s now 4:30 and her medication still wasn’t done. They really need to teach them how to speak to customer since 90% of them are sick but they clearly don’t care. It was also another customer that came behind me and had the same problem. She said she would not be coming back and I agree! We had to leave for vacation and I was told they couldn’t fill my script until Thursday and if I got there at 8 am when they open then they would be ready well before 9 am (keep in mind we delayed the vacation an entire day with this information). I go at 8 am when they open Thursday only to be told that they don’t do scripts until 12 pm….. nothing I hate more than liars and in an environment that is supposed to be professional just baffled me. Long after we’d given up our search for a small container of Vaseline with cocoa butter, she looked high and low everywhere until she found it for us. No idea why there are at least 10 different Vaseline displays on different aisles, but we’re very grateful Miss Angela was there to help. I am always surprised how hard this pharmacy team works at this CVS. The pharmacy staff is not only knowledgeable, but they work very hard. I came for a covid test and when I came to the desk the women looked at me up and down gave me a dirty look and said a unpolite tone the go to the drive thru as im waiting in the drive thru I stand for aome time and see im being ignored. I’ve been loyally going there for all my prescriptions and a lot more since 2013. Today I had to print out some invitations. I checked one, it looked fine. When I got to the school to hand them out, the other 19 were unacceptable. Ink smears covered all the information and what wasn’t covered was cut off. But I was over a barrel and had to give them out with my phone number written on the back.
All this would have been avoided if the employees were trained to check the pictures first.
Even though they cannot reuse those photos, they would not give me the $10 back.

My husband had his home nurse come to see him, he has a heart condition where his heart is at 20%. She sent 2 scripts, he got a text saying they were ready 2 hours later. He went to pick them up, the lady with the glasses laughed and said, yea, these will take hours to fill & maybe we can have them done by 9.. when we close.. I said, by he got a text saying they were ready. She says, well, they need to be approved & rolled her eyes, shut the door and walked away. Absolutely horrible woman! There was no need to act like that.
CVS GUMWOOD Granger IN- was sent a text stating all scrips were ready. Waited 1.5 hrs behind 6 vehicles, get to the window, was told none were ready, and they are filling as needed. Moving all business to anywhere else!!!
if i could give less i would. pharmacist is always rude as if he isn’t paid to make sure patients get what they need. very ill informed on issues for said patients with their medications. and never fills my scripts without a hassle that lasts maybe weeks at the keast
Would give zero stars if I could. My partner was trying to pick up his medication but they kept refusing to give him the correct medication, despite insurance double checking and even confirming that he was approved for the prescription they were refusing. Not to mention they were consistently misgendering him, despite his legal name being a masculine name. We tried to get it sorted out over the phone, with insurance on the line as well, and the technician hung up the phone. The insurance company was absolutely baffled by their ignorance and how rude they were to someone just trying to get their medication.
Can we got to pick up prescriptions there it takes forever they call you on your phone tell you they’re ready and then you get there and you’re not ready it’s terrible drugstore
